Located at the luxurious Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica, this destination alone is well worth the trip.  Nosara is one of the world's five "Blue Zones" marked by a density of centenarians.  We'll learn what keeps us connected & fueled, and how to decompress for a happier & healthier life.  This is the ideal location to immerse yourself in good energy, healthy food, positive people, mindful meditation, and amazing yoga!

All classes & workshops are included.  Your reservation also includes 3 meals/day prepared with an intention of promoting health & wellness; a ceremonial rite of initiation to the sacred sound of Om; and, a series of workshops to help you manifest your intention.

Can I attend with a partner who doesn't intend to do yoga?

Yes!  Of course!  We'd be happy to help make arranges so that everyone has a great experience.  You can email us (jessica@yogigotsol.com) so we know how to help address any needs or preferences.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable.  In order to secure the venue and offer discount pricing, Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co. is required to enter into binding contracts with 3rd parties that do not allow for refund or cancellation in any instance except for limited instances where “acts of god” render the entire event impossible. For example, if the host retreat center must close down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then we would be able to get a refund and refund all ticket holders. Otherwise, unfortunately, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds in any instance.

What's your transfer policy?
You may transfer your ticket under certain conditions. Also, purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself is always a good idea. You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 30-days before the retreat start date without penalty by emailing us at matt@yogigotsol.com. After that time, our strict cancellation policy applies.

When should I book my flight?

Airfare and ground transportation are not included.  As far as we are concerned, book now & purchase travel insurance.  Plan your trip to arrive the morning, or early afternoon of the first day (July 12th) and return anytime on the last day (July 19th).   The closest airport is Liberia (LIR), and the resort concierge can help make arrangements for ground transportation (shuttle van) to and from the airport.  They will try to arrange the shuttle to optimize full capacity in the van.  That might mean you may wait a few minutes at the airport, as other passengers arrive.  No worries!  There's a nice juice bar and a shady seating area at the airport terminal.  Pura Vida!

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
Even in the rare instance that Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co. needs to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to “acts of god”, such as pandemic-related closures, we will only be able to refund ticket costs at most, and would not in any instance be able to compensate you for other costs, such as flights booked, etc. Due to this concern, we highly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance.

We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy and include medical coverage. Many insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation so please prioritize accordingly. Some credit cards also come with travel insurance benefits which you might want to consider. Here is a helpful site to compare different policies based on your specific needs.

What's the Food & Beverage situation?

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included in your reservation.  Bodhi Tree makes it easy for us to enjoy delicious, healthy meals without the need to venture out.  The chefs & staff strive to use natural, fresh ingredients to promote anti-inflammation & gut health. Ingredients harvested from nature, fuel our well-being at the basic level to promote increased health & vitality.

Meals will include a refreshing buffet of veggies and salads; organic chicken, fish, meat, and vegan options. Bodhi Tree can also cater to personalized dietary needs or restrictions.  Please notify the resort concierge if there are any allergies, needs or dietary restrictions. 

Alcohol.  Organic wine, cocktails and Costa Rican beer are available for purchase with

your dinner.  There are also shops & restaurants nearby, off the resort property.
