DEPOSIT/PAYMENT

*$250 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due now for a double occupancy room to reserve & lock in your rate.

*$450 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due now for a single occupancy room to reserve & lock in your rate.

**There must be at least $500 per person on a double occupancy room and $900 per person on a single occupancy by June 7, 2024, or the booking will be canceled without refund.**

*Final Payment due by January 17, 2025, or the room will be canceled without refund. 

NOTE: Rates are subject to change/increase without deposit.

There are (2) payment options available:  

Option 1:   Pay Trip in FULL at the time of booking

Option 2:  Make Installment Payments

If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due each month listed, starting with the Initial Deposit Payment, which is due at the time of booking.

This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the cruise line is expecting all funds by a certain date.  If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder. If we do not receive the missed payment within 7 days, your room COULD be canceled due to non-payment.

NOTE:

A Valid Passport is Required (must not expire before November 30, 2025) or a Birth Certificate (original or copy) AND a Government Photo I.D.

It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this vacation to/with their traveling companion.    

Each traveler will receive an invoice showing the room balance and the per-person balance.

If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new roommate or pay the remaining balance due on the room.

By filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, signifies that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
