About this trip

Freedom From Labor - Women's Labor Day Retreat

Lighten our loads and brighten our hearts as we explore what it means to tap into our Divine Feminine.

Topics and practices may include:

What does it mean to nourish ourselves?

How can I find balance in my feminine and masculine energies?
How much work is it to hide my light?
How much work is it to fit in?

How much work is it to do what is expected of me?

How much work is it to ignore my truth and stifle my words, my creativity, my ideas, my inspirations?

Do I value my own feminine energy?
How do I replenish and re-program my nervous system to support my  Divine Feminine?

Opening the throat

Finding steadiness in our bones

Embrace the Yield as a starting point for action

Deep relaxation is part of this nourishing content, so be prepared to be re-calibrated and refreshed!

BONUS! The first 3 people to sign up get a 45 minute private session with me ($225 value!)

This is a very interesting workshop. I would love to complete all digital sessions. Jean, as usual are great, and generously shared her wisdom with us.

What a trip! Lovely group of ladies, amazing food - and great Yoga. Thanks Jean. Sometimes, you just gotta give yourself the "win". :) Every time I spend time with you, I grow. Thank you again. Can't wait until the next one.
