This year we start this leisurely paddle on the Bearcamp River at the Pizza Barn (1860 NH-16, Center Ossipee, NH), explore and cross Ossipee Lake, and end at Rocky Beach (Pequawket Trail Dr, Freedom, NH) with a picnic supper waiting for us at the beach.

This is a free event for up to 24 paddlers (there's room for children and adult non-paddlers) and includes: assistance with carpooling or spotting your vehicle at the end, paddling instruction/tips, canoe/kayaking equipment [tandem canoe (6 available), tandem kayak (10 sit-on-tops available), solo kayak (10 sit-on-tops available), or SUP (2 available), paddles, PFDs, drybag--or bring your own equipment] and a picnic on Rocky Beach (provided by FOHW).

Plan to be on the water 1:30-4:30 p.m. This event sponsored by my company Outdoor ESCAPES New Hampshire, LLC in support of getting our community into nature with safety, fun, and learning.
