Session 1 (MORNING) - Yoga

Wake up with tea or coffee and granola, sit quietly or connect with your fellow friends or sit by the pool and listen to the morning sea and catch a glimpse of the sunrise. Following morning Tea/Coffee we will take our morning yoga class.

Cornelius will lead you through an invigorating gentle and stabilizing flow that will awaken and align your body and mind with your inner best for the day. Morning practice will be followed by journaling/writing meditation: Intention Setting & Gratitude. We release for breakfast after Morning Session 1.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast and free time for whatever your heart desires.

Session 2 (LATE MORNING) - Workshop & Creative Session

Following a short break after our Morning Yoga session Dive deep into Creative Writing, Creative Expression, & Connection led by Cornelius.

After our Morning Session we will have a hearty organic-inspired breakfast, followed by free time, and then lunch. Lunch will be healthy and planned to your needs with healthy gourmet vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods inspired by delicious traditional Mexican recipes. After lunch chose to spend your time relaxing around the property, partake in various spa activities, beach, hiking, or any additional excursion of your choice.

Session 3 (EVENING)

Yoga will start in the early evening, a few hours before dinner and will be held for one-hour at our Yoga Studio. On alternating Days, Cornelius will lead you through his signature flows: MoveYoga or Total Sculpt.

MoveYoga will mobilize, stabilize, and get your body moving and flowing like water, think of it like "swimming with dolphins."

Total Sculpt will give you all the benefits of MoveYoga but with a primary focus on using your body weight to tone and strengthen your core muscles, abdominals, and build upon your cardiovascular stamina. .

Dinner will be served starting at 7:30PM
Feel free, after dinner, to unwind by the beach, at the pool, in our common, are or the bar/lounge overlooking the ocean.

Cornelius is a Yogi.Performer.CreativeHealer.Author.Entrepreneur Cornelius has been featured in Cosmopolitan and OK Magazines alongside his student, Actress & Entrepreneur Jessica Alba (founder of The Honest Company). He has taught a list of celebrities and reality stars while living in LA. In addition, Cornelius is a veteran performer of NYC's Broadway theater scene having performed in shows such as The Lion King, Thou Shalt Not, and Smokey Joe's Café. He can also be seen performing in the LA and San Diego theater community. When Cornelius is offstage and out of the yoga studio, he works independently for various small businesses & alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers providing the services of yoga, meditation, movement, healing arts, improv, and creative writing.

Each year Cornelius curates an amazing experience that is both relaxing and restorative. He is a knowledgeable instructor and perspective to what each participant needs in the moment. Looking forward to 2027!

My husband and I had an amazing week with a lovely group of people. The week was an unexpected journey which included much more than yoga including introspection and many joyful moments. If you have the opportunity to enroll with Cornelius, i encourage you to join. The setting and staff is also second to none.
