Find energy and freedom in your body through yoga, creative movement, conscious breathing, and conscious journaling during this magical 8-day/7-night Yoga Retreat. This immersion is designed to give you tangible & creative resources to better manage stress, cope with rejection, and work through any sense of self-doubt or self-worth that you're currently dealing with. To help you have a successful week, Cornelius will provide a safe space for you to be heard, seen, and feel comfortable expressing who you are. You will have honest conversations with one another that hopefully provides a space of safety, support and belonging. You'll broaden and deepen your communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, skills in problem solving and decision making, and find more ways to live with more energy and vitality for an emotionally satisfying life.
Our retreat will be hosted at MIXTO located at the south shore of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After landing in Puerto Vallarta you'll be shuttled to the Marina. From there will take a breathtaking 45-minute river boat ride to the picturesque Mexican fishing village Quimixto where you'll find MIXTO; a tropical oasis nestled in the heart of this authentic and charming village. MIXTO is right on the doorstep of a gorgeous beach and offers an unparalleled retreat experience where you'll rest and relax in beautiful eco-chic accommodations with wellness focused amenities.
Enjoy delicious, healthy, and organic meals, prepared fresh daily by the staff. Yoga will be practiced in the open air Yoga Studio which is a functional movement space. Yoga may also be practiced poolside or beachside. Daily wellness workshops will take place poolside. During your free time relax by the pool, take a short walk to the beach, or hike the jungle trails. Additionally you can book an la carte spa/massage treatment* or book your own guided excursion to the surrounding areas like Las Animais, Yelapa, and Puerto Vallarta.*

MORE ABOUT MIXTO:
MIXTO is the sister location of our 2019 and 2021 location Xinalani Yoga & Spa Retreat Center. MIXTO will have the feel of Xinalani but this boutique hotel is reserved just for our group with private rooms, private dining area, private living room area, private open air yoga studio, and private pool. This boutique retreat center is immersed in lush jungle surroundings with views of the emerald ocean. MIXTO offers elegant eco-chic accommodations, wellness focused amenities, and the opportunity to reconnect to self and to nature. All rooms are enclosed with walls and windows, Air conditioning, WiFi, Power Outlets, Top-end beds with memory foam mattresses and luxury linen, Ocean and pool views, hot water showers, local organic shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Additionally, there's little to no stairs; so no intense climbing to get around the property.

Your $500 initial deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations made 90 days or more, prior to arrival date,
will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid.
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
*PLEASE NOTE: There are no Single Room Bookings available for this retreat. The price listed for each reservation is Per Person. The Standard Beach room can accommodate 2 to 3 guests, with the option of either 1 king bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. As for our penthouse, it can host 3 to 4 guests, offering configurations of 1 king bed and 2 twin beds or 4 twin beds. Please be conscious of the rooming option you choose and make sure you know the people you're rooming with. About Your Retreat Leader
Cornelius Jones Jr. (E-RYT 200/AWC/M.A./AEA/SAG-AFTRA) is founder and creator of YogaBurn, Inc/YogaBurn and specializes in Vinyasa yoga, Power Yoga, and Barre Fitness. He has led numerous yoga teacher trainings, curated many yoga/fitness hybrid classes, and coached yoga teachers in how to sustain their voices while teaching. He is a gifted performance artist, and has danced and sung on Broadway and in theaters across the USA and internationally. In addition, Cornelius is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, a published author, and works independently in the field of addiction and recovery as a Creative Arts & Healing Facilitator. Cornelius' confident style and motivating encouragement is a voice to uplift and inspire.

Day 1 (ARRIVAL DAY):
