About this trip

The French Riviera or Cote d'Azur is the Mediterranean coast of southeastern France. It is known for its captivating scenery, culture, unique cuisine and charming villages. This area  is where the Alps meet the Mediterranean, where the climate is moderate nearly year-round and where warm sunny days are cooled by sea breezes in the evenings.

In this time we will be visiting the glamorous towns of Marseilles, Saint-Tropez and Cannes, but of course after the city of lights, Paris!

This will be an 7 day experience where we would require each individual/group to arrive on between the hours of 9:00am & 5:00pm. This will allow the check in process to be more feasible and help us stay on schedule with our events. You book your airfare and we take care of the rest!

The airport code to Paris  is CDG. We will depart right after breakfast.
We have a robust agenda packed with many activities to ensure that we not only gain exposure to this city, but also leave with memorable experiences. Some of the activities will include but are not limited to a visit to  As well as:

•          Airport pickup and drop off

•          Hotel accommodations (4 cities)

•          Welcome dinner

•          Daily Breakfast

•          Lunch on some tours

•          Day Parties

•          Farewell Brunch

Please note* Some dinners and lunches are not included in order to give our travelers flexibility in exploring their choice of food.

Please note that choosing to come on a JetBlack Travel trip is agreeing to be prompt for each day's activity. We provide very specific instructions and time on the events each day and remain adherent to the time specified on the itinerary. In the event you are not ready for transportation pick up or any other activities at the appointed time, please note that the group will leave without you; therefore we highly recommend you are ready at the time of each scheduled activity.

This trip was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Alex and Liz did an excellent job at planning and coordinating cultural and historical excursions, as well as making sure we enjoyed the night life if we wanted to. Initially, I was nervous about going on my first group trip with my boyfriend and a group of strangers, but by the end of the trip we were all like family. My favorite moment was the jollof rice cooking class. I left this trip with a deeper sense of my roots and self. Touring the Cape Coast Castle was possibly one of the most humbling and emotional tours of my life. The learning experience was incredible and the tour guide had this immense storytelling ability that seemed to transcend us back in time and yet apply it to the racial/social environment of the present. Hearing about the conditions the slaves went through and walking on the paths they did from the main entrance, through the male/female dungeons, and finally through the door of no return was heart wrenching. I would definitely book another trip with this group. Thanks again for a wonderful trip.
First I want to thank Alex, Liz, & the JetBlack travel group for creating this awesome trip. To look at the itinerary on the website was one thing but to bring it to life and experience the local people, food, shopping and adventures was absolutely amazing. At first I thought the schedule of events was a bit busy but it actually wasn’t, there was enough time for one to do as they please throughout. Like to end a decade AND bring in another going back home felt like a dream. This was my first time using a travel group and it was beyond my expectations, you can tell they truly care about their travelers and immersing them in the history & culture. With so many travel groups out there I’m glad I decided to travel with Jetblack. I’m truly grateful for all the memories made, it’s like a movie that continues to playback. I’ll be traveling with you all again, and again, and AGAIN (& bringing friends and fam along)! PS: On first look, I honestly thought y’all were a novice travel group but turns out I’m just a novice traveler. 😎
JetBlack, from beginning to end... THANK YOU!!! From responding to ALL of my initial inquiries, to complimentary accommodations for those of us that arrived early to save on flights... Thank You! For seeking out thee BEST host that remained available and patient with us all for the duration of our trip... Thank You! For exposing us to the authenticity of Ghanaian culture while catering to our unconscious expectations of comfort & convenience... Thank You! And, for selecting a full and complete VIBE of people that wholeheartedly embraced the totality of this experience - an amazing set of individuals that jumped into selfies with strangers, shed tears when the truth of our history pierced our hearts, Laughed Out Loud daily & danced HARD together for 7 irreplaceable days... T H A N K Y O U!!!!
This trip was life giving for me. I took this trip as homage to my dad who passed earlier this year. He never made it to Africa but always wanted to so I had an intention and expectation and I can truly say this trip surpassed them. The itinerary was full of meaningful cultural activities but also allowed me some time and space to be my pensive reflective self. That would be my only complaint, that we had so many meaningful and amazing activities that there wasn’t always time to process and take it all in in the moment. But I learned so much about our people and our resilience and had a fun and wonderful group to experience it with. I also want to note that as a shy introvert this was way outside my comfort zone but I’m so glad I pushed myself to go and so grateful for my group members who didn’t let me stay in my shell. I would absolutely travel with Jet Black again and I am so in love with Ghana after this experience! People take vacations for various reasons and I just want people to know that JerBlack’s approach alllwed for fun and cool experiences as well as space for what I personally needed this to be. I was able to
This was my first travel group experience and it was truly amazing. I initially had some apprehensions with traveling to another country to vacation with a group of strangers. To my surprise, many of us had an instant connection making it feel like I was amongst family. I enjoyed sharing this experience with the others as we immersed ourselves in the culture. We sang, we danced, we ate, and we lived to the fullest. I would do it all over again. Looking forward to traveling with jet black travel again as I’ve already booked several more trips this year!

I would like to go to Ghana1
By Jimmy Robinson on Feb 03, 2020
Three days after my trip to Havana, Cuba with JetBlack Travel, I am still on a high! It's hard to stop looking at videos/pictures from the trip and return to the real world. I knew I would enjoy the trip, but I didn't expect it to be to this degree. From the cultural experiences that were planned to the wonderful "family" I gained from a group of "strangers," I am truly grateful for this experience. I wish the trip was just a little bit longer.... A job well done to the coordinators of this trip and I cannot wait for the next one (Ghana/Nigeria). If you're questioning whether to join JetBlack Travel on a trip... just do it.
