State of Salt X Bless | Frequency Retreat at Kea, Greece
Every thought and emotion carries a frequency—by shifting yours, you can align with the life you desire. This retreat is an invitation to step away from distractions, reconnect with your vision, and rewire your mind to a new energy.
Over six-nights and seven-days, we will shift our frequency at the untouched beauty of Kea, a hidden gem in the popular Cyclades, just an hour’s ferry from Athens. Kea is a purpose built, authentic Greek sanctuary, on a private nature reserve overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Every detail of this retreat is curated for an elevated, abundant and adventurous experience. Expect daily Pilates and yoga by the sea, powerful manifestation sessions with State of Salt, Ayurvedic rituals with Bless, and organic, farm-to-table meals crafted by Michelin-starred chefs. Immerse yourself in Greek culture with a hands-on cooking class led by a local grandmother, explore hidden coves on a private speedboat tour, hike to the ancient Temple of Karthaia, and savor long, golden evenings dining at family-run tavernas in the old village of Ioulida. From kayaking and snorkeling to warm ocean dips under the stars, every moment is designed to inspire and uplift.
Taking time without our phones, laptops and work, disconnecting from our everyday lives to shift our internal environment, and elevate our frequency. As the sun sets over the Aegean sea, share moments of clarity with like-minded people, and step fully into the energy of your next-level self.
The universe wants you to have everything you desire. This is your time to expand, elevate, and live the life of your dreams.
We suggest that you fly directly to Athens airport. From there you take the a taxi to Lavrio Port (30 min) and a 1 hour ferry to Kea. From there, we’ll pick you up!

Kea Island is a hidden gem of the Cyclades—a serene, unspoiled island just an hour’s ferry ride from Athens! Unlike its more famous neighbors, like Santorinin and Mykonos, Kea remains untouched by mass tourism, offering a true escape into nature, slow living, and Greek island charm.
Framed by rugged cliffs and crystal-clear waters, the island is a sanctuary of tranquility. Here, life moves at a Mediterranean pace—long, sun-drenched lunches at family-run tavernas, swims in secluded coves, and boat rides set to the sound of traditional Greek music. The island’s rich history is woven through its ancient capital, Ioulida, where whitewashed buildings and stone pathways lead to breathtaking hilltop views. Kea’s landscape blends lush forests, rolling farmland, and untouched beaches, making it a haven for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.
This is the Greece you’ve been dreaming of—raw, authentic, and effortlessly beautiful.
