Join us for Friendsgiving in Nosara, Costa Rica — a hip beach town where jungle meets the Pacific. We’ll be staying just steps from the golden sands of Playa Guiones, a long, expansive stretch of coastline known for consistent surf, warm water, and sunsets that stop you in your tracks.
Each day includes two intentional yoga practices; an energetic morning practice and a slower, more restorative or exploratory afternoon session. Yoga is the thread that connects us with ourselves and others.
Daily nourishing breakfasts are included to fuel your practices and adventures, along with a beautiful opening dinner to welcome the week and a closing dinner to celebrate our time together.
We’ll also spend a day on the water with an included group boat excursion — an opportunity to experience the coastline from a different perspective, splash around in the Pacific, and soak in the wild beauty of Costa Rica together.
In between scheduled offerings, Nosara invites you to explore. Take a surf lesson, walk miles of beach, visit a wildlife refuge, enjoy vibrant health-forward cafés, or simply sway in a hammock and let the jungle rhythms reset your nervous system.
This retreat is about being together. Practice deeply. Play fully. Connect genuinely.

Flying Heart Retreats are rooted in yoga, but they are about far more than time on the mat. Each experience brings together adventurous, open-hearted people who understand the power of traveling in community—how seeing new places and cultures alongside others expands perspective, deepens meaning, and reveals details we might miss on our own. The group dynamic amplifies the beauty of each destination, creating shared moments that feel richer because they are experienced collectively. With community as the priority, these retreats honor yoga in its truest sense: not just poses or practices, but union—coming together, connecting deeply, and leaving places, and each other, better than we found them.
