TOUR Cancellation Policy

• Tickets to Corcovado National Park are non-refundable once purchased, as they are managed by the National System of Conservation Areas (SINAC).

In the event of cancellation of a Corcovado tour:

• For the Day Tour, a penalty of $80 USD per person will be applied.

• For the Overnight Tour (tour with accommodation), the penalty will be $200 USD per person.

• These penalties apply regardless of general accommodation cancellation deadlines, due to park policies and the logistical costs involved.

• In the event of a natural disaster or extreme weather conditions, the tour may be canceled and a 100% refund will be issued, provided that SINAC authorizes and processes the refund.

Tours and Weather Conditions

• Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and decisions by regulatory bodies (such as SINAC).

• In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, rescheduling or a refund will be offered as authorized by the responsible entity.

7. Force Majeure

• The hotel and tour operator are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or damages caused by events beyond their control, including, but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government decisions, or park closures.
