Day 7 | NAFPLION
Thursday 8/27/26
Awake in Nafplion, often called Greece’s most romantic town, with its Venetian fortresses, neoclassical mansions, and sea-kissed promenades. After breakfast, your journey takes you inland to explore the heart of the Peloponnese, where ancient legend and world-class winemaking intertwine.
The morning begins at Mycenae, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the seat of King Agamemnon, immortalized in Homer’s epics. As you pass through the Lion Gate and walk among the ruins, you’ll step back into a Bronze Age world of heroes, myths, and monumental architecture.
From antiquity to the vineyard, the day continues in Nemea, Greece’s premier red wine appellation. Here, at the pioneering Gaia Winery, you’ll discover the bold elegance of Agiorgitiko, the signature red grape of the region, expressed in masterful vintages that have elevated Nemea to global acclaim.
Your wine journey deepens at Semeli Winery, where sweeping vineyard views provide the setting for a guided tasting of both Nemea reds and Mantineia whites. The experience is elevated by a winemaker’s lunch, a feast of Peloponnesian flavors thoughtfully paired to highlight the region’s varietals—a celebration of Greek terroir at its finest.
In the early afternoon, Harmony V sets her course back toward Marina Zeas, the circle of your voyage gently closing. Tonight, the journey culminates with a farewell dinner on board, where a curated selection of Peloponnesian wines is poured in tribute to the flavors, friendships, and memories shared throughout your Aegean adventure.
Overnight at sea.
