Save some time during your journey and get straight from the Colca canyon to Puno. If this option is selected for an additional fee, the drop off will be at Puno city center around 20h. 

Between 3:00am - 3:20AM, our transportation will pick you up from your hotel or airbnb in the city center of Arequipa, to commence your day excursion to the Colca Canyon. 

We'll take the Yura highway, skirting the lofty Andean mountains, home to South American Camelids like vicuñas and guanacos. At approximately 6:00AM, we'll reach the town of Chivay, providing you with time to enjoy breakfast.

Our journey continues for about an hour until we reach the Mirador Cruz del Cóndor. Here, we'll pause at a strategic point to marvel at the natural beauty of the Colca Canyon and wait to witness the majestic flight of the condors. 

On our way back, we'll make stops in the charming towns of Yanque, Maca, and Pinchollo, each with a pretty colonial church. Additionally, we'll visit the Choquetico and Antahuilque viewpoints, that offer a glimpse of the remarkable pre-Inca platforms and tombs.

Later, we'll return to the town of Chivay to have lunch. Afterward, you will have some free time to enjoy the thermal baths at La Calera, where we will spend about an hour on this place. 

Around 2:00 PM, the return journey to Arequipa kicks off. En route, we'll visit Patapampa (4,800 meters above sea level), the highest point between Arequipa and the Colca Canyon, offering a panoramic view of the volcanic mountain range. The tour concludes around 17:30h upon our arrival at the city center of Arequipa.

if this option is chosen, at the end of your tour and after the hot springs a transportation will continue the trip to the city of Puno, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation if it is located within the city center.
