08:00 AM – Private Pick-up & Executive Transfer
Your mountain adventure begins with a private pick-up directly at your hotel, followed by a comfortable executive transfer to the park entrance.

9:00 AM Embark on a rewarding trek alongside a certified mountain guide. You will hike through native sclerophyllous forests, gradually gaining altitude while enjoying panoramic views of the rugged Andes.

"B-Side Moment" on the Trail
Halfway through the ascent, we will pause for a comforting break with hot coffee or tea and an energetic snack to power the rest of your hike.

13:00 PM The Waterfall & Lunch Break
Upon reaching the stunning 30-meter waterfall, you will have ample time to rest, enjoy your packed lunch, and take in the untouched nature.

14:00 PM – Descent & Return
Begin the hike back down to the visitor center, concluding the mountain experience at approximately

16:00 PM for your return transfer.

1. Standard Cancellations & Refunds
Up to 48 hours before the activity: You can cancel your reservation for a 100% full refund, no questions asked.
Less than 48 hours before the activity: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable.

2. Flexibility & Transferability
If you miss the 48-hour cancellation window, we still want to help you enjoy your adventure:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your activity for the next available date (subject to availability).

Transferability: You can transfer your booking to another person (friend or family member) at no extra cost. Please notify us of the passenger change as soon as possible.

3. Last-Minute Bookings (After 6:00 PM the day before)
Because we operate on precise travel dates and logistics:

If you place a last-minute booking after 6:00 PM (CLT) the day before the activity and do not receive an official confirmation from our team, please do not worry.

In the event that we cannot accommodate your last-minute request due to capacity or logistics, you will receive a 100% immediate refund or the option to shift your booking to the next closest available date.

4. Exceptional Cases
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen (medical issues, flight major disruptions, etc.). All exceptional cases must be sent via email to bsidetravelchile@gmail.com. Our team will review each situation individually to find the best possible solution.
