The program begins at around 8am with a 130- kilometer transfer from Puerto Natales to the starting point, Estancia La Cumbre. This is where we reach the pinnacle of our journey and fully immerse ourselves in the rugged beauty of Patagonia.

Upon arrival at Estancia La Cumbre, we are greeted with anticipation as we meet our horses. Before setting off on our adventure, we carefully stow our lunch boxes in our saddle bags, ensuring we have everything we need for the day ahead.

For the next five hours, we embark on an exhilarating horseback ride through different landscapes, each offering their unique charm. As we traverse the mesmerizing terrain, we are treated to stunning views of rivers, where we can appreciate the serene beauty of Patagonia's natural waterways. Along the way, we may have the wonderful chance to spot graceful guanacos and magnificent condors, showcasing the rich biodiversity of the region.

As midday approaches, we take a lunch break in an old puesto, steeped in history. This allows us to pause, rest, and refuel while absorbing the fascinating stories that surround us. Afterward, we continue our exploration, eager to uncover more of the wonders that Patagonia has to offer during the afternoon leg of our journey.
