10:00 AM - Walking Tour: Cerro Alegre & Concepción
Upon arrival, explore the vibrant, magnetic hills of Valparaíso on foot. Wander through historic cobblestone streets to immerse yourself in the city’s finest urban street art, local culture, and independent artisan shops.

13:00 AM - "B-Side Moment" & Historic Funicular Experience
Take a relaxing break to enjoy a specialty coffee paired with a curated local snack. Afterward, we will head down to the port level aboard one of Valparaíso's iconic, century-old funicular elevators.

14:30 AM - Exclusive Casablanca Vineyard Tasting
On our drive back to Santiago, we will stop at the prestigious Casablanca Valley. Wrap up the day at an exclusive, small-scale boutique vineyard, enjoying an unhurried premium wine tasting with panoramic views of the valley stretching out before you.

04:30 PM – Return to Santiago
Conclude your day with a private transfer back to Santiago, arriving directly at your hotel.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Full-Day & Half-Day Activities)

At B-Side Travel, we operate with precise schedules and small group sizes to guarantee an exclusive boutique experience. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policies below:

1. Standard Cancellations & Refunds
Up to 48 hours before the activity: You can cancel your reservation for a 100% full refund, no questions asked.
Less than 48 hours before the activity: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable.

2. Flexibility & Transferability
If you miss the 48-hour cancellation window, we still want to help you enjoy your adventure:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your activity for the next available date (subject to availability).

Transferability: You can transfer your booking to another person (friend or family member) at no extra cost. Please notify us of the passenger change as soon as possible.

3. Last-Minute Bookings (After 6:00 PM the day before)
Because we operate on precise travel dates and logistics:

If you place a last-minute booking after 6:00 PM (CLT) the day before the activity and do not receive an official confirmation from our team, please do not worry.

In the event that we cannot accommodate your last-minute request due to capacity or logistics, you will receive a 100% immediate refund or the option to shift your booking to the next closest available date.

4. Exceptional Cases
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen (medical issues, flight major disruptions, etc.). All exceptional cases must be sent via email to bsidetravelchile@gmail.com. Our team will review each situation individually to find the best possible solution.
