As the moonlight dances upon the fields, join us for a one-hour sound healing journey into serenity and harmony. Nestled in the heart of wine country, our rustic indoor barn sanctuary invites you to unwind and connect with the rhythm of the cosmos. Laying down cozy in your space allow the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and melodic chimes to wash over you, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. As the Wolf Moon watches over, we invite you to be a part of this transformative experience. Reserve your spot for an evening of celestial harmony at Flatbed Farm—a sanctuary where the soul finds its serenade. Bob & Amelia Belle’s experience is like no other. The evening starts at 4:30 pm to shop and enjoy the farm stand, 5 - 6pm sound healing experience, then chill making your own harvest moon tea for a ceremonial closing of the evening.

This yoga retreat in Italy was truly a transformative experience! The setting was nothing short of breathtaking, with serene landscapes and peaceful surroundings that set the perfect tone for relaxation and personal growth. The yoga sessions were expertly guided, helping each of us to deepen our practice and find inner balance. But what really made this retreat exceptional was the incredible food—delicious, fresh Italian cuisine prepared with so much love and care. Every meal was a joy and truly nourishing for body and soul. The company was equally wonderful; I felt surrounded by warm, like-minded individuals who made the experience feel like a gathering of old friends. I left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and profoundly grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking a blend of relaxation, mindful movement, and genuine connection in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.

Wonderful group of people. Beautiful and serene property. Sweet and accessible yoga practice, along with a very deep, blissful, and restorative sound bath offered by experienced teachers. Delicious Wine presented with history and authentic wine knowledge linking grapes to regions in Italy where retreats will rake place. Gorgeous and tasty charcuterie. Such A lovely day starting with tea upon arrival, then a great yoga class followed by a talk about nutrition, including delicious fruit and nuts as a snack. We enjoyed lunch by the pool where vegan and gluten-free options were available. Then on to the spa, which was an interesting Sonoma tradition treat. One of the most beautiful spa and pool venues that I have visited. Our last nosh was of champagne and fresh vegetables with hummus. This well a well orchestrated and thoughtful day retreat that I really enjoyed and left feeling more grounded.
