About your trip

Join us for six nights of sun, sweat, salt water, and healthy living. It will be like no other detox retreat. As a group, we come together to sweat, sculpt, tone, and detox our body in an escape to remember. Your daily Inferno Hot Pilates Class will be guided by founder of Inferno Hot Pilates, Gabi Walters.

Prices for all inclusive retreat (6 nights accommodations, daily breakfast from hotel, daily coconut,daily lunch at Ubud Yoga Centre, 3 massages, airport transport, one excursions to water temple, morning sunrise walk, excursion water rafting/mountain biking/batur mountain trekking, special sound healing session, workshop on breath works, workshop on essential oils for detox, 2 lunches at ubud famous restaurants, unlimited premium weekly yoga, prices excluded dinner, flight and visa

Accomodations

The Bali Spirit & Spa Hotel **** is set in a quiet and peaceful location. It is only a short 5 min. walk to the Yoga Centre. It boasts 2 large pools, one with swim up bar, a spa, temple, meditation facilities and yoga room, the river forest restaurant which offers views of the river valley and a selection of Indonesian and international dishes, a wellness area, dry cleaning and laundry. The ideal place to relax and recharge.

Accommodation

Six Nights of hotel stay at Bali Spirit hotel with daily breakfast. Check in is 2pm on 23rd august and check out is by noon on 29th. any early check in or late check out will be charged by the hotel

Lunches

Ubud Yoga Centre ala carte menu, 1 buffet during opening lunch, 1 buffet at the last day

Airport Transfer

3 massages

Each Massage is 45 minutes for 3 sessions, or 1.5 hours for 2 sessions in that 6 days. Therapist will be sent to your room in Bali Spirit Hotel.

Excursion

Excursion to water temple for healing, all offerings, guide, car, rental sarong and sacks included

Daily coconut

6 coconuts for the week at Ubud Yoga Centre

Unlimited Weekly Pass

Yoga Pass at Ubud Yoga Centre, beside the mandatory 10am class with Gabi Walters, you are entitled to do as many classes that we offer at Ubud Yoga Centre

Flight Costs

Visa

Visa to enter indonesia, some countries are exempted from visa, and allowed to on arrival visa, please check website for indonesian immigration page

Snacks, Juices, Drinks

Additional Snacks, Juices or Drinks consumed at the hotel/mini bar/UYC other than whats included in Breakfast or lunch

Dinners

Dinners are not included so that you can have the freedom to explore wonderful cafes and restaurants in Ubud area

Taxi and transports

Taxi or transport for dinner or sightseeing, which are not included in the program, we will help to arrange and find out costs if any inquiries

Check in to the hotel is at 2pm, please feel free to start your yoga classes at UYC throughout the day.  Please check in to Ubud Yoga Centre yoga floor, to sign in and we will provide you with schedule, recommendations list, and map.  Lunch and Dinner on your own.
