What a wonderful experience! This was such a great week of IHP and yoga at beautiful venues, with amazing and well planned excursions. All with such a fun group of people. Can’t wait to do it again!

Wow!! The best decision I have ever made was to attend this retreat! The people, the food, hotel, classes and everything in between all exceeded my expectations. I want to come back next year simply for the people - Gabi, Jay, Eric, Mony and all the wonderful retreaters. We shared the same love for hot pilates/yoga and I have never felt more connected to people and the practise. See you next year!

This retreat turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life!! It was extremely well organised and delivered. GabI’s classes were obviously mind blowing and the activities and experiences well planned and balanced. The perfect amount of everything. I’ve never seen a more beautiful yoga studio. The owner and the team really looked after our every need. I highly recommend this not just as a one off experience but a regular thing. You’ll get so much more than expected.

I had a wonderful time. Met some amazing people and learned a lot about myself. Strengthened not only my body, but also my mind. Food was great, arrangements were amazing. Trip of a lifetime!

This is my second year attending the hot pilates retreat with Gabi and the IHP community. The entire trip is detailed and organized perfectly from start to finish. Every person involved with coordinating transporation, hotel accomodations, tours, events, wellness classes, massages, and the awesome food each day are all exceptionally kind and friendly. People from all over the world attend this retreat and the friendships we established are genuinely the best part of the retreat. I highly recommend this retreat and I appreciate and thank Gabi, Jason, Mony, Eric and Aimee for their hard work and dedication for hosting us every year.
