      About this trip

“It is not the strongest of species that survive…but the one most responsive to change.” – Charles Darwin. The mere mention of the Galapagos Islands conjures dreams of adventure, intrigue and excitement. It’s a place of mystery that millions know about, but only a handful have explored. Check out some of the trip highlights below.

      • Snorkel to your heart’s content: You’ll have more snorkeling opportunities than most trips. The Galapagos’ marine life is not to be missed!
      • Get a good night’s rest: We’ve opted for a non-cruise, land-based tour of the Galapagos so you can be well-rested for each day’s adventures.
      • No hidden costs: We’ve included domestic flights and all national park fees which comes to a value of $1000.
      • Top-notch, 1st class yacht: Cruise the islands in style and comfort on the only day excursion yacht in the Galapagos permitted to visit two islands a day.

Enlightening & memorable trip! I took away so much knowledge on the culture of Vietnam & Cambodia. The people, food, history, economy and historical sites. Temples in Cambodia were fabulous and worth every minute we spent there, regardless of the Spring heat. Our guides were fabulous and very knowledgeable. Loan in Vietnam was so accommodating and helpful on additional things to do on free time. And Dee taught me so much about the Cambodian family, food in restaurants where young Cambodians are learning to develop their talents and skills, ancient Buddhist temples, and traditional Cambodian dance. I've taken away so many memories. I am so grateful for this trip; it's been on my bucket list since COVID. Accommodations were beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend.

This trip far exceeded my expectations. I expected to be spending the daytime hours. Just waiting for the lights at night. This trip was worth it just for the daytime excursions. The lights were amazing. The company was great and our leader was amazing. Thank you globe drifters. I will be looking for my third trip with you

Noteworthy countries to visit, however, the 4 flights (3 domestic & 1 international) are a bit too much for the duration of this trip e.g., given the distance between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh -- travel by minibus would have been a better option (also, providing a chance to visit a few villages along the way). The local guides knowledge-base were not consistent throughout this trip and definitely could be improved.

A magical trip of a lifetime with a great tour guide, Marvil, and group of people. The activities were so much fun; the Aurora cabin was special & food was really good—even the reindeer! And the best part….we saw the Northern Lights 2 nights! 🥰
