About this trip

Save the date! We’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with a sunset hike to Nymph, Dream and potentially Emerald Lake (depending on weather conditions) in RMNP. Galentine’s Day, similar to Valentine’s Day, is the tradition of celebrating the love you have for your best girlfriends who, after all, deserve a holiday all to themselves! Exercise is more motivating when you have a friend to hold you accountable and this Pop-up hike is designed to get you working together!  So find a friend and ask her to be your Galentine at this one-of-a-kind heart healthy event. She’ll love you forever for it!

Meet time: 4:30pm Bear Lake TH for our sunset adventure

Due to the nature of this trip no refunds are given if you decided to opt out of the adventure so please only sign up if you know you can commit.

I'm a full time adventurer and part-time flight attendant. My passion is teaching yoga, cycle, barre and boot camps along with hiking Colorado's 14ers, blogging, soy lattes and travel. My company Yogi Magee Expeditions is designed to take people off their mats and into the wild for an experience they'll never forget.

An adventure retreat it was! So great to get up into the mountains and experience the Telluride through hiking and yoga. Of course there was also some SUP and biking. The great thing about this adventure is it allows for choice. Natalie was fantastic, responding to the needs of the group and even offering up an extra meditation session before the Via Ferrata portion of the day. I took full advantage of this session as this was my stretch during this adventure and a bit more mindfulness was very welcomed. Also a very lovely group of women to share the time with. If you are looking for adventure mixed in with yoga, this is your retreat!
This trip was awesome. You can go as a beginner or as a real adventurer and you will love it the same. There's a lot to do but you can opt out of some things and just have downtime yourself or you can go on all the adventures. I was really impressed by how organized it was and the quality of wonderful people who came - plus the setting where we stayed in - Telluride -- was absolutely gorgeous. What we did on this trip: hiked waterfalls, did yoga on mountaintops, SUP on a lake, biked to a brewery and so much more. Natalie is an amazing leader and instructor and you'll walk away from this trip feeling energized and renewed... This trip was 5 stars all around. The only advice I'd give is if you can afford to, get a queen bed - so comfy and it's nice to have some privacy.

Great women's trip. Full of adventure and fun. A great way to meet new people, share experiences and learn from each other. Easy schedule with flexibility to match your needs. Location is stunning. Highly recommend to anyone desiring to try something outside their comfort zone and willing to be supported by a great group of women.

This retreat was sooooo amazing and totally exceeded my expectations. Natalie is wonderful and made for an enjoyable experience. She knows everything about Telluride. You can’t go wrong with this retreat. I’ll be back for more 😉

I have been on yoga retreats all over the world -- as close as Big Sur, California where I'm from and as far as Ubud, Bali. This retreat, though, was something special. I loved the relaxed vibe and adventurous spirit. This can be a retreat where you just lay by the pool and soak in the mountainous beauty of Telluride, or it can be an extreme adventure. Going into it, I would recommend thinking of it more as an adventure retreat than a traditional yoga retreat. But that's what makes it so great and unique. You get to rent/borrow/buy a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and venture to an alpine lake, push your limits on the Via Ferrata, and explore locals-only waterfalls with Natalie as your guide. But if those aren't your jam, go get a massage at one of Telluride's many spas or enjoy a quite spot on a river or lake or find a coffee shop and soak in a good book . . . the options are endless! You get to make the retreat whatever you need, and there's no judgment based on the choices that you make. I appreciate that Natalie is not a micro-manager and really allows you to take the reigns based on your wants and needs. I will definitely be back for another retreat with Natalie in the future! Enjoy your adventure, friends!
