Garden Route Tour | Route 62

Day 1
Day 1
From Cape Town to Oudthoorn
Departure will be between 7am and 830am. Each traveler will be picked up from their preferred address before we leave Cape Town at 830am.

We say goodbye to Cape Town and head for the Garden Route along the scenic Route 62 to the Ostrich capital of Africa, Oudtshoorn, which is part of the Karoo.

Along the way, we’ll stop for lunch and see some of Route 62's famous towns and attractions.

We'll arrive in Oudshoorn in the evening, where we spend the night including dinner from Nostalgie Restaurant, and rest before we head to the majestic Cango Caves the next day, where an expert will take us on a guided tour, showing us some of the most incredible rock formations.

Day 2
From Oudtsoorn to Plettenberg
Wake up to some sunrise Yoga with Chad before a delicious breakfast at Smiswinkel Restaurant . After your delicious breakie, you'll head straight to the majestic Cango Caves where an expert will take us on a guided tour, showing us some of the most incredible rock formations.

From exploring the ancient caves, we make our way to Wild Spirit Lodge in Plettenberg. Along the way we check out the stunning views from Bloukrantz Bridge. Lunch will be enjoyed from the iconic Tsitrus Cafe before heading off to Wild Spirit Lodge in Plettenberg.

After launch you will make your way to Wild Spirit, where you will spend the night. After settling down for the evening, you can enjoy a nice chilled walk to the waterfall before heading back for dinner followed by a jam session around the fire and a cacao ceremony.

Day 3
From Plettenberg back to Cape Town
This is the last day at Garden Route, of which you will explore Wild Spirit. Here you can explore beaches, forests, waterfall rock pools to adrenalin activities and wildlife sanctuaries in and around the lodge.

You will leave Wild Spirit at 11am and stop at Monkeyland, where you can explore the World's first multi-specie primate sanctuary for about an hour and a half before heading back to Cape Town.

We estimate you will get back to Cape Town anytime between 7pm and 830pm or just after dark. We will drop you at an address of your choice.
