About your trip

Join me for a two-night women’s yoga retreat - October 3-5, 2025 - at Elohee Retreat Center, nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Sautee Nacoochee National Forest.

Step into the sacred rhythm of the season at GATHER: A Fall Women’s Retreat. This soulfully curated experience is an invitation to pause, reflect, and root into the wisdom of your own harvest. Set at Elohee Retreat Center—tucked within the golden hills of the Sautee Nacoochee National Forest—GATHER offers a sanctuary for women ready to soften into stillness and reconnect with themselves. Surrounded by fiery autumn foliage, crisp mountain air, and the gentle presence of a 100-foot waterfall, this tranquil setting mirrors the invitation of the season: to release, to receive, and to return home to what truly matters.

Why Gather: A Fall Women's Retreat?

Autumn is nature’s invitation to soften.
To slow down.
To savor.

It’s the great exhale of the year—the season where we gather what we’ve grown, reflect on what we’ve learned, and gently release what we no longer need.

GATHER is born from this energy.

It’s a weekend retreat for women who are ready to honor the beauty of transition. Through grounding yoga, breathwork, seasonal nourishment, rest, ritual, and deep connection, we align ourselves with the rhythm of the earth—and the wisdom within.

Here, surrounded by the vibrant colors of fall, you’ll be held in a space that invites both stillness and transformation.

This is where you get to:
🍂 Harvest the growth of your year—acknowledge how far you’ve come.
🍂 Release what’s weighing you down—like the trees letting go of their leaves.
🍂 Root into what truly matters—your body, your truth, your inner voice.
🍂 Gather—with other women, with yourself, with your own sacred intentions.

This is more than a weekend away.
This is a sacred pause to honor the in-between.
A soulful reset before the descent into winter.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply connected to yourself—with practices and insights you can carry into the colder, quieter months ahead.

Because autumn reminds us:

There is beauty in letting go.
There is power in rest.
And there is magic when women gather.

Guests arrive Friday, October 3, 2025, at 2 pm. We will begin at 4 with a welcome circle, introductions, and intention setting. You will experience twice daily yoga, meditations, breathwork, circles, journaling, and other activities to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. The retreat ends at 2 pm on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

NO Yoga or Meditation Experience is necessary to participate in this weekend of serenity and sanctuary. All are welcome!

ACCOMODATIONS AND PRICING

The Thanksgiving House was the original structure at Elohee. With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, it sleeps up to thirteen people. It offers two community rooms with fireplaces, a kitchen and dining room, as well as a meditation/yoga room.  The outdoor patio has a fireplace and overlooks a 100-foot waterfall and a small pool.

The Thanksgiving House is nestled in a Rich Cove Forest niche which supports a wide range of trees and plants.  Red maple, oak, basswood, and poplar are only a few of the types of trees growing here. Spring wildflowers and medicinal herbs flourish here. Mosses and rotting logs make the damp forest floor suitable for a wide variety of salamanders and one of the most diverse ecosystems found outside the tropics.

The Thanksgiving House is situated next to a 100-ft. waterfall, and about a 10-minute walk from Bald Mountain. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 indoor fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, and a meeting space that comfortably fits 10-13 people.
