About this trip

Gather in Nature and Ground Yourself Where Autumn Stillness Meets Inner Renewal on this 4-day, 3-night, Fall Retreat in beautiful Inverness, Fl. All are welcome!

Rooted in Nature, Renewed in Spirit

🄮Step into the golden hush of autumn beneath the rustling canopy of Florida’s tranquil Nature Coast in Inverness. This 4-day, 3-night forest therapy gathering invites you into a season of slowing down, reflection, and renewal. Surrounded by cool air, warm amber light, and the gentle whisper of the forest, you’ll find a sanctuary of peace where nature guides you back to balance.

Immerse yourself in the rhythms of the forest through forest therapy walks, and grounding practices designed to restore your body, mind, and spirit. As autumn colors glow around you and the earth settles into stillness, allow the calming energy of the season to nurture your well-being and deepen your connection to yourself and the natural world. šŸ‚

Grounding however YOU need it.

šŸ’šThis retreat is an invitation to come exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to participate in everything. Whether you’re called to rest, reflect, explore, or simply be held by the energy of the space, your journey is honored.

Each offering is here for you to engage with as it feels aligned—this is your time to reconnect, recharge, and return to your essence at your own pace.

What is Forest Therapy/Forest Bathing ?

Forest Bathing🌳

Forest bathing is not the same thing as hiking or a simple walk in the woods. The destination in forest bathing is ā€œhere,ā€ not ā€œthere.ā€ The pace is slow, not fast. The focus is on connection and relationship. The heart opens.

Immerse your senses in that ambience of the forest. Walk slowly and notice things. Feel the touch of the breeze on your skin; notice the sounds of the brook and the birds and the movement of trees in the wind. Let what you notice find its home inside you; give it hospitality. You are home.

From ā€œYour Guide to Forest Bathingā€ by M. Amos Clifford

Forest Therapy 🌓

The Forest is the Therapist, the Guide opens the Doors.šŸƒ

This is the motto we work and live by. We believe that the forest and nature in general carries the wisdom and offers the healing that each person needs. As guides we work in partnership with the forest. We support others as they awaken their senses and slow down to become fully present in and with the forest.

Guides are not therapists. Support for wellness, personal development, and perhaps healing comes to participants from their interaction with natural environments. The sole aim of guided activities is to create and sustain safe, meaningful, and relational contact between participants and nature.
