You have booked a shared, double occupancy package. Your room will have 2 queen beds and a shared bathroom.
Our exciting itinerary includes hiking to Laurel Falls, exploring the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, horseback riding at Big Rock Dude Ranch, and visiting iconic spots like Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, Cades Cove, and Anakeesta with the Astra Lumina night walk. The hiking involved will be fairly easy and the longest will be the 2.5 mile round trip at Cades Cove to see the waterfalls.

After that date, your reservation is confirmed and no refunds are available. All future payments are due on the due date and you will be sent reminders.
Upcoming Dates to Remember
I will set everyone up in a GroupMe chat at the beginning of August to start communicating and getting to know each other.
We will have a get-to-know-you Zoom on October 1st at 7pm. Hope you can make it but if not, it will be recorded. I will have a suggested packing list at that time as well.
I look forward to creating lasting memories with you. Should you have any questions or need further assistance before the trip, please do not hesitate to reach out.
See ya soon,
Rhonda
