For cancellations made between August 15 and September 17, 2026 (64 to 31 days before the start of the trip), 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 18, 2026 (30 days or less before the trip's departure).
Any changes or cancellations regarding domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy.
Name changes free of charge will be accepted until September 3, 2026 (45 days before the trip). After this date, name changes will be subject to a fee. Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are excluded from this policy, as they cannot be changed, transferred, or refunded once purchased.

Machu Picchu day!
After breakfast, your journey to Machu Picchu begins. Together with your private guide, you will travel to Ollantaytambo train station and board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, you will enjoy lunch before taking the shuttle bus up to the citadel of Machu Picchu.
During a guided tour of approximately three hours, you will explore one of the most extraordinary archaeological sites in the world, admire breathtaking views, and learn about the history, architecture, and legacy of the Inca civilization.
After the visit, you will return to Aguas Calientes and board the train back to
Ollantaytambo. From there, your private transportation and guide will accompany you back to your hotel in Cusco.

Chalwacocha Community Experience with Pachamanca lunch
From Cusco, you will travel to the community of Challwaccocha for an authentic Andean experience with the PALLAY project, where tradition comes to life. Upon arrival, the women artisans will guide you through the complete textile process—from alpaca and sheep fiber, hand spinning, and natural dyes, to backstrap loom weaving—showing how each piece is created with meaning and care.
As part of the experience, the group will also participate in a discussion on social
entrepreneurship and emerging markets, learning how PALLAY has transformed traditional craftsmanship into a sustainable business model that creates economic opportunities while preserving cultural heritage.
