About this trip

 

A 1 hour, HIGH-INTENSITY  INTERVAL TRAINING class that will consist of full body movements using our body weight and custom GET FIT WIT BRE FITNESS resistance bands. 

We will work our legs, arms, abs/core, and glutes during the workout. 

The workout will start with a warm-up/stretch, followed by the workout, and finish with a cool down/stretch. 

We will do a raffle giveaway at the end of the class as well.  

Post-workout I will host a 30-minute Q/A, & workshop that will consist of all things health, fitness, & wellness talk.

Day 1
Welcome to the Bootcamp!

After arriving at the villa, take some time to settle in, unpack, and freshen up. Meet with the BreAnna to get a quick tour and orientation of the property and amenities.
Take some time to relax and unwind from your travel. You could take a dip in the pool, enjoy a cocktail on the terrace, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Get Ready for Dinner: Take a shower, change into your dinner outfit, and get ready for the welcome dinner. Enjoy a delicious meal with your fellow participants. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the itinerary for this entire journey, and start enjoying your vacation while experiencing this amazing program by BreFit.
