Inter Milan Program

Inter Academy stems from the success of the club’s youth academy, second to none in Italy and among the best in Europe for bringing through talented young players. Active in Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, China, Colombia, Hungary, Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Slovakia, Inter Academy is the technical program dedicated to all foreign partners who desire to invest in the development of young players and coaches. The aim is to export the club’s youth academy expertise and philosophy paying attention to both the human and the sport side of football. To achieve Inter standards, Inter Academy focuses on coaching the coaches, in order to create a real soccer system that allows youngsters to achieve their best on and off the pitch. 

Fiorentina Program

The brand-new Fiorentina training ground and club headquarters will occupy a site spanning around 25 hectares, making it one of the largest sports complexes in Italy. For the first time in the club's history, Fiorentina will own its own training ground – with the complex set to provide a single hub for both the men's and women's first teams, as well as the youth academy. The move will allow the club to grow from a sporting perspective while pursuing its goal of becoming one of the most innovative in Europe in terms of organization and facilities. You will train with qualified and experienced Fiorentina Academy coaches, selected by the Academy director at the club’s new state of the art facility.
