Today we will take a scenic drive to the Eastern Region of Ghana to visit Aburi. Take in the mountain views, lush green forests, and cooler weather. We spend some time at the Botanical Gardens, before exploring the town and residential areas nearby.

We will take a short flight to Kumasi, where we will experience the rich heritage of the Ashanti Region. Reclaim your roots and identity during a traditional naming ceremony. You will meet Ghanaian Chiefs and Queen mothers through an authentic welcome home. 

We will visit Bonwire, where we will learn the traditional methods for weaving Kente cloth - you will then have the opportunity to try out your hand! Thereafter we will embark on a cocoa tour to learn how cocoa is cultivated and exported.

We return back to Accra by air in the evening.

We will depart for Cape Coast by road in the morning. On the way, we will stop at the Assin Manso Slave river, where our ancestors took their last bath before being taken to the slave dungeons. Once reaching Cape Coast, we will visit the Cape Coast dungeons where our ancestors were held captive prior to their brutal voyage to the Americas, Caribbean, etc. - this is an emotional experience. We will have lunch at a seaside restaurant as we reflect and share our thoughts. Relax and enjoy dinner at your leisure.

Today we will continue our voyage throughout Cape Coast and head to a canopy walkway in the middle of a forest. Brace yourself as you walk 100 feet in the air at Kakum National Park. We will visit some land sites in the Central Region on our way back to Accra.

Relax & unwind and enjoy a lazy day on the beach. Enjoy the evening at your leisure. 

We will take a drive to Prampram, a small coastal neighborhood in Greater Accra. We will visit some land and property sites along the way, then make a stop at the African Ancestral Wall.
