About this trip

14-Day Voluntourism  Safari Travel

Akwaaba means welcome to the Dreamers Wish foundation 14-day Voluntourism service travel abroad program. In this program, you will participate and complete our 7-day volunteerism program as well as experience a full additional 7-days of an amazing, exciting, unique, and fun tourism experience. Our voluntourism program this year starts October 28-November 9th, 2022.  If you are ready to become a volunteer with the voluntourism abroad program then you are welcome to learn more and choose a program focus.  Join us on our next adventure this October.  We will be participating in the following projects:

1.  Installing a computer lab

2. Furnish a library with reading books

3. Install a playground

4. Refurbish classroom blocks with painting and floor construction work

5.  School supply donations plus workshops for teachers and students

Explore and discover some of the most spectacular locations in Ghana with our dream team.  We focus on impactful activities that are carefully curated to give you a memorable experience. Days will be filled with adventures at the largest national wildlife reserve in West Africa where we will come up close and personal with elephants, deer, baboons, monkeys, and other wildlife in the African safari.  Most days will start with morning yoga and meditation to the calming sounds of Africa in nature, on the beach or riverfront. There is nothing quite like experiencing the sounds of nature, wide-open spaces, and breathtaking views to inspire relaxation and to find inner peace.
