8 Day Nashville & Memphis Music City Tour

Our group had a great time! We saw just about everything you could see in Memphis & Nashville. Accommodations were above average.  The bus was comfortable & Gary kept us busy in between rest stops. He made sure our group of 8 sat together on the bus & at meal time. We already have our next trip booked with Gary!

This was one of the best trips we have been on! Gary, Sonja and John are all amazing. From the bus, the accommodations and the venues they left no stone unturned and all top notch! We were busy from morning till night. Gary and crew go all out to give you the best experience possible! We will be joining them again in the future *****

A Day at Monmouth Park Horse Racing

We had a great time.   Christine was a very good tour manager.   The food at Shady Maple is always very good and a variety of foods. 
Sight and Sounds Daniel was amazing.

Good game however, last minute change from afternoon game to evening game. No refund offered. No printed tickets. Had to wait until everyone was in the main gate before being allowed to go to the box.

I enjoyed the. trip,also Barbara was a fantastic guide. Daryl was a great driver scenery was great. Saratoga Springs tour guide made my trip memorable.Take this trip.

3 Day Lake George & Saratoga Springs Adventure

PROS: Had a great time. Met nice people. Hilton Garden Inn was comfortable and accommodating, especially the kitchen staff.  
Barbara & Darrell were wonderful as our tour director & bus driver! 
The luncheon cruise on Lake George was wonderful & very picturesque! Very entertaining & enjoyable. 
Recommend the Jewish Deli in Sarotoga Springs! 
Christmas Tree shop in Lake George had great ornaments! 

CONS: The Tiki Bar show was not good, NOT WORTH THE MONEY & SHOULD BE ELIMINATED! Food was disgusting and the waitstaff was not accommodating. For example, no milk for coffee & dessert was not edible. Fire hazard with open flames. 
The visit to Saratoga Springs Visitor Center should happen on Day 1, so we know the town & not walk around aimlessly. The Saratoga Springs Hall of Fame was great but would’ve like to visit the race track. 
Too much free time.  It appears not much thought went into the day’s activities. 
Also dinners & lunch on our own was ok; suggestions should’ve been in the itinerary.  

I will use Gary’s again for day trips. Thank you. 

It was a relaxing trip, the Corning museum and gift shop were the best!  It would have been 5 stars but a little too much time was spent on the bus between activities. The driver and Al the guide were great!  

3 Day Pennsylvania Grand Canyon Adventure

Bus ride was long, but not boring, plenty of snacks and TV.  Accommodations were 5-star, food was good, and tours were informative.

4 Day Niagara Falls & Safari Adventure  **BUS 2**

Jersey Boys

Great!!  I had a fabulous time, something different.  Other travelers were very friendly and we laughed a lot looking for a place to have a night cap was very interesting.  I would definitely recommend this trip to others as I often do when I travel with Gary's Fun on Wheels.

It was a perfect day; great show, good food and comfortable ride!  Would do it again

Water For Elephants

We had a great time... Very organized,  All good...from the time we got on the bus, to the wonderful Italian Restaurant they took us to, to the easy access to the play, there and then after the play.  Best way to travel into NYC.
 Would definitely do it again!

Outstanding with a great cast of performers. Our tour guide Bobby did an excellent job and we had a wonderful driver Maggie. This is our third trip with Gary’s Fun on Wheels and we can’t wait till the next one.

A great day in NYC! Enjoyed a yummy family-style in a great Italian restaurant. Christine was most helpful getting us to the theater and settled. Water for Elephants was a fabulous show. Maggie navigated the bus expertly around the city and got us home safe and sound. This is truly the best way to get to NYC and see a show!

The show was great, the bus driver and Tour director were fantastic!  Hope they are both with us for Longwood Gardens!

A great, well organized trip with Robert.   I love the comfy busses.  (not my first trip).  


Long trip to the stadium with heavy traffic from returning vacationers. Driver handled it really well with exceptional amount of patience. Phil did well to keep us advised of the traffic issues and what to expect when we got to the stadium. He also did yeoman,s work to get us together and through the right gate at the stadium. Meal ticket voucher worked well for me, but apparently not so well for some others. The only downer for the day was our seats. Not good at all as we were cut off from viewing most of center and right fields. Despite the heat/humidity, I stood in the bar area to our immediate left so that I could view the entire field. Phil checked with us during the game and could appreciate the seating issues. It was good to see him care enough to check. Great job by the driver to get us on the way home through the upper Bronx - wow…

Fabulous Day filled with food, wine and fun

UPDATE……I received a call from Gary today (Wednesday 10 Jul) and an apology.  I appreciate him reaching out to me. 

So….I want to share with you all my experience with Gary “Fun on Wheels” tours… I booked my son and I on the 7 July trip to Yankee Stadium – “Club Suite” trip…. While on the bus heading to Yankee stadium Gary made his normal announcements to all including providing his cell phone number so if we encounter any issues, we could call him.  He also mentioned during his announcement if you want your digital ticket for entry into Yankee stadium send him a text message with name and email address and he will forward your ticket via the MLB Ballpark app to your MLB account to facilitate entry into the stadium.  As many already know, and I as well since my sons and I have gone to several MLB games over the past few years, ticketing is digital with each person’s ticket visible in the “MLB Ballpark” app on a smart phone.  Well no problem for me I thought as I am very familiar with the MLB app and how to use digital ticketing….. so an hour passes, and Gary makes another announcement that all tickets have been sent….. well I did not receive our tickets…so I walk to the front of the bus and talk to Gary about this predicament….he assured me he had sent the tickets electronically….we both examine the transfer action he performed on his phone and I discover he had mis-typed my email address so the tickets would never appear in my MLB Ballpark app account…by his own admission there were issues with 10+ customers on the bus…he assured me he would contact MLB and recall those tickets that were missing back to his MLB account on his phone…..fast-forward to arrival at Yankee Stadium there was much confusion once getting past the ticketing gate waiting on Gary who single handedly had control of all tickets on his phone.  Many tour participants waited not knowing where to go next.  There were several Gary Tours employees also standing alongside us, none of whom were briefed on what instructions to provide tour participants on where to go next or how to get to the Club Suite section.  I had a bad feeling about this as my past experiences with sporting venues using digital ticketing you need to show your digital ticket for entry to your seating section…this is common practice employed at every sporting event (Baseball, Hockey, etc) I have attended in the recent past.  Well Gary (who as I mentioned held all tickets on his phone) was still not past security we were instructed by Gary Tour employees to go up the elevator to the Suite level….That bad feeling I had just got worse because I knew we were going to have an issue entering the Club Suite level without a digital ticket….Fast-forward again once we arrived at the elevator to the suite level outside the Hard Rock Café there was no Gary Tour employee to assist with entry.  The security person at the elevator indicated we could not go up to the Club Suite without proof of a digital ticket (I knew this would happen) …so I texted Gary on his phone several times…no text was answered (but was read as indicated on my iPhone)…I begin calling his phone several times….no answer…I left voice mail…no reply….no assistance from Gary or any Gary Tour employee….after waiting about 45 minutes I was so frustrated I told my son we might just need to watch the game standing on the walkway behind box seating (mind you I paid over $600 to enjoy a Suite level seating)…finally around the 3rd inning my son was able to get someone to answer Gary’s phone and they sent an employee downstairs to show security the digital ticket and assist us with entry to the Club Suite…at that point we missed about a third of the game….once inside the Club Suite Gary made no apology for what we went through…he did not approach my son and I and apologize for what had happened…..We were left stranded without assistance….this situation would not have occurred if Gary had typed my email correctly when transferring the digital tickets in the MLB Ballpark app.  My wife and I have traveled on several Gary “Fun on Wheels” Tours with groups from our community (Niagara Falls 2023, Boldt Castle 2024, Atlantic City 2023, Lancaster 2023) over the last couple of years and we did enjoy ourselves, but this trip was truly a disappointment.   

We had a great time with very nice people, a great local guide and lots to do. The weather was terrific and the food was fine except for dinner on the second night, it was a terrible restaurant with bad food and even worse service. We were very happy overall and look forward  to more fun vacations with Gary’s Tours!

4 Day Cape Cod


We had a great time. Everyone was very professional. It was very comfortable and pleasant bus trip. The show was fantastic it never disappoints.  Would recommend to my fiends. Looking forward to booking another trip wth Gary's.

Imaginarium Magic Show

The trip was a lot of fun.  Barbara, our tour guide, was awesome!  Our driver was fantastic.  The only negative thing I would like to mention is that I wish there was more time after the show to gamble longer.  Gary's trips are great!

Whitney: A Musical Tribute to Whitney Houston

A great trip, driver, host and guide. I had been to Cape Cod before but this trip was just so interesting and informative. Great tour of the villages
and historical sites an amazing whale watching cruise with good accommodations and food. I highly recommend. 

This trip was excellent.  Al, Darryl, Diane and Ro all did everything possible to make it an enjoyable trip for everyone.  The hotel we stayed at was very good.  The activities were also great, and the whale watching was the highlight of the trip.  Thank you for all you do to help many of us travel when we would rather not drive long distances.  

One of the best trips ever taken!! Whale watching at its absolute finest! I can't picture it being better anywhere else! Food and accommodations were great and as always, the escorts and driver were amazing. We are looking forward to more fun with 'Fun on Wheels Tours'!! 


As  always , Gary's trips are well worth it and a great experience.  Will be going on more trips.

Enjoyed the Falls but not thrilled with safari.

4 Day Niagara Falls & Safari Adventure

Had a wonderful time. The driver and Bob made an everything so easy and pleasurable! A special Thank you to Francine for organizing this! 
The play was super enjoyable and amazing!

 Great trip! Magnificent hotel with beautiful views - we saw so much in 3 days. Definetly worth the money. Thank you Gary, for a most memorable 40th anniversary, our second honeymoon !

Such a fun day! Had a blast playing bingo and drinking wine. Great trip as all of them have been so far with Gary's Tours. Everyone with this company is amazing. I can't say enough good things. Although I am new to the fun on wheels (and addicted), I recommend the stress free trips to everyone!     

We had a great time. It was great not having to drive the transportation was very comfortable, the driver and the staff were very friendly, polite, and accommodating. I am going on another trip with them. Go with Gary you won’t regret it.

Green Dragon Amish Farmers Market & Auction *Summer Deal*

 The beauty of nature, watching the Falls was so inspiring and breath taking.  The hotel with the view of the Falls was excellent.  The tours of the Niagara River, the African Safari and the vineyard were all so educational and beautiful.  I would recommend this trip to everyone

would have liked to have a little more free time to explore the area on our own, otherwise everything was well planned.

The best yet! Can’t say enough about the itinerary and the hotel. We looked out our bedroom window onto the American and Canadian Falls. We watched the fireworks over the Falls every night and witnessed the changing colors of the Falls all night long. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal, again looking out at the Falls. We saw an incredible magic show, participated in a wine tasting at a local winery and got very wet on the boat going under the Falls which was great fun. Our bus driver was incredible, so good and very accommodating.
Our tour leader, Al, and his wife, are the best of the best. What a team! They just out did themselves attending to both the little and big things. We always enjoy Gary’s Tours, but these two are the icing on the cake. It would not be the same wonderful experience without them.

This was our first experience with Gary’s Fun on Wheels.  Can’t say enough good things about our trip to Niagara Falls.  Hotel was awesome.  Tours and winery excellent.  Safari and magic show a pleasant surprise.  Gary and his wife and our driver are great hosts!  Met some lovely people.  Will definitely plan our next trip with Gary.

The trip was great except for the bus. The bus was not the quality I am used to for a long trip. There weren't any seat belts.  On the way home I nearly fell off the seat when the driver was taking the curves on the different roads. There wasn't anything to hold onto on the back of the seat in front of me (handle) and there wasn't anywhere to put a water bottle or magazine.
The driver was very good, but the bus was not.

Also, there was some confusion on the itinerary that was printed for the passengers. The food choices on the last evening. The fish was salmon and not trout. The waiter should have corrected the mistake when asking for our choices, but he didn't. I would have chosen the salmon. Also, it was not explained that if you had a soft drink, you could not have a cup of coffee. I gave my coffee to another person as did some other people at our table.

I didn't know what to expect, presently surprised.  this is the only way to visit Negara Falls. with Gary and his wondaful wife.  
Every thing was arranged without thought, of anyone being disappointed.

Hotel was first rate   A+"Hilton"  Best view of the Falls, good Day sightseeing, shopping, Tour bus guide for historical areas, as well, Busy days were fulling for the Active Senior!!  Can't leave out Meals, Places chosen! were A+,
