Turkey is one of our favourite destinations in the world with so much to experience. The combination of architecture, rich historic and cultural sites, luxurious vacation spots, best beaches, hot-air balloon rides, unforgettable food, vibrant arts, breath-taking natural beauty (the list is endless), makes Turkey one of the top tourist destinations in the world. 

You may choose to cancel your participation in a JWJ trip at any time; however please note to the following cancellation policy below:

At JWJ Travels, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. You have the option to cancel your initial reservation within the first 14 days after making the initial deposit, but please note that the deposit itself is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another trip. 

All payments made toward the balance of your trip are non-refundable after five (5) days of the payment being made. This includes full payments, and monthly or weekly instalment payments and any late fees.

It is advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance as a precaution, in the unlikely event that JWJ Travels may cancel, modify or postpone the Getaway or any part of it for mitigating/extenuating circumstances. 

Please also note that JWJ Travels is not liable for any incidental expenses or consequential losses sustained as a result of your booking being cancelled. This includes but is not limited to:

•        Visas & vaccinations

•        Flights, train tickets, or other transportation fees

>Arrival to Istanbul Airport (IST)

>In the evening, we will see the city come alive as we take a boat cruise along the Bosphorus Strait. Here you will enjoy dinner, watch live Turkish entertainment while witnessing the beautiful views of Galata Tower, Dolmabahce Palace, Beylerbeyi Palace & the Bosphorus Bridge.

Great way to get to know each other and share important details about this upcoming trip.

>Experience the magnificence of Istanbul as we tour the historical heart of the old city, making stops along the way. Our visit includes the elegant Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia, the majestic Topkapi Palace complex & the Hippodrome of Constantinople (the square was used for chariot racing in the Roman era).

>We will head to the ancient & lively Grand Bazaar- one of the world’s oldest and biggest shopping malls. With over 4000 shops and 60 streets within it, you will have the opportunity to shop for souvenirs.

> Relax and unwind as you experience a traditional Turkish Hammam (massage) using aromatic smells.

> Free leisure time for the rest of the day 

We will depart from Istanbul airport and land in Kayseri Airport (ASR)- Cappadocia!

Witness the incredible sunrise while soaring in the air with an amazing backdrop of over a hundred other colourful balloons. Enjoy an uninterrupted, bird’s eye view of the incredible scenery of Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys, caves, honeycomb terrain volcanic spires, and houses carved into the rocks. 

Explore the Underground City of Derinkuyum – an ancient metropolis. Beneath Cappadocia’s rock formations is a network of fascinating subterranean cities, which sheltered as many as 20,000 people together with their livestock and food stores.  We will also explore on foot two of the many valleys, Love and Monks Valley.

We will ensure you leave Cappadocia with memories that  last a lifetime after this unique photoshoot and sightseeing experience. You will be picked up in a vintage car early morning and driven around the best valleys, and hotspots in Cappadocia. 

This experience involves chasing hot air balloons at sunrise and being photographed in your elegant rental dresses (females), with an amazing backdrop.

Later experience an alternative way to see the sights of Cappadocia from the ground, with a choice between a horseback or ATV bike adventure.
