Join us for a week of cleansing food and energy resetting through a combination of our signature GLO cellular nutrition & anti-inflammatory menu, daily yoga sessions focused on rebalancing the energy centers of the body, breathwork sessions for nervous system regulation, and meditation sessions throughout the week designed to tap into your personal power.
Situated in the gorgeous coast of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, in our private massive villa in the jungle with a swimming pool and whirlpool, and just minutes away from our own private beach. World renowned teachers, chefs, nutritionists, and practitioners representing Team GLO to help guide you to your highest self and ultimate clarity.
DETOX MENU:
A week of mainly raw and living foods filled with enzymes to help the body cleanse further and deeper. Signature GLO menu is always clean, anti-inflammatory, fresh from nature, animal-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, chemical-free....delicious & supporting the body's natural mechanisms for healing.
ACTIVITIES/WORKSHOPS:
-Energizing morning yoga classes (1 daily). All levels welcome.
-Stress relieving and energizing breathwork classes throughout the week. All levels welcome.
-Calming evening chakra clearing meditation sessions throughout the week. All levels welcome.
-2 nutrition workshops throughout the week with demos and hands-on learning. Take home recipe books included for everyone.
ACCOMODATIONS:
-5 storey luxury accommodations (images below) include private bedrooms with king or queen beds, private bathrooms, swimming pool and whirlpool, rooftop yoga deck overlooking the jungle and ocean views + gorgeous open kitchen for eating and nutrition cooking classes.
