When looking for flights, please be mindful of the long flight times. Due to the time zone, you will arrive on the date after your original departure. 

• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at melaninluxurytravel@gmail.com after you make your reservations.
• Please review our 
• Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
•  The airport code for Cancun International Airport is CUN. 
• When making flight arrangements, please ensure your flight arrives into Napa Calley by 1PM. This will ensure you have enough time to settle in before our first event later in the evening
• Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Mel Luxe of all email address changes.
• Men are welcome to attend this event.
• All attendees must be 18 years old or older.

Example: If your arrival date is September 1st, you will need to leave your city on either August 29th, 30th  depending on the route you choose. Sometimes it is cheaper to fly directly to a bigger hub near you (JFK, LAX, ORD, etc) to take your main flight to Greece

• All payments to WeTravel and Melanin Luxury are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  This is because Mel Luxe has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. 
• If you purchase travel insurance, your trip will be refundable through that avenue only..
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account. 
• Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of the airline.  Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. If you require a certain seat, we recommend booking the land only package.

• Missing a vacation is bad enough. • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan.  Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.

All cancellations must be received in writing to melaninluxurytravel@gmail.com .You can add insurance on your own at www. Allianz.com or www.TravelInsured.com.  It is highly recommended.

 PRICING AND PAYMENT PLANS

There will be a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking. Unless there is a sale stating otherwise. 

There will be an option to pay all up-front or choose a payment plan package. Payment plan packages have installments up until 45 days before the departure date and are available to book at no extra cost.

You can view your payment plan installment dates by following the checkout prompts and adding the deposit to cart.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

PAYMENT PLANS 

Payment plans with customized installments up until 30 days before departure will be available for both the Double Occupancy Room in addition to the Single Occupancy Rooms.

You can pay upfront, OR choose a payment plan for no additional cost.

ADD ONS

Upon booking, there will be an option to purchase additional add-ons. You can book a flying dress upon checking out.

 CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

No refunds or transferable available as contracts have been signed

• Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before November 18, 2025.
• We offer roommate matching for this tour. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
• The group flight will leave US on October 9, 2025 and arrive in Athens on May 10, 2025. Check-in into the hotel is May 10, 2025. 
• Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 60 Days in advance to plan your free time.

Deposits are from $100 per person until December 1st.  

A payment is due monthly until August 15, 2024

Deposits can be made via debit or credit card with a 2.9%processing fee.
