This 10 night/11 day tour is moderately paced, with guided tours interspersed with free time. Expect to do a moderate amount of walking around areas such as Athens and Delphi so it is good to bring sturdy walking shoes. Other tours are provided in modern air conditioned vehicles.

We will start by spending time in the ancient city of Athens. Taste the flavors in our walking food tour and take in the beautiful views of Athens including the Acropolis and Parthenon.  We will also take a tour to Vougliameni Lake, a natural thermal lake,  and Cape Sunion site of the impressive Temple of Poseidon.

We also get a full day tour do the Delphi, an ancient city considered by ancient Greeks to be the center of the world. Full of majestic ruins and once home to the Oracle Pythia who was renowned for her prophecies.

After Delphi prepare for the stunning Greek islands!

We will head to Milos first, and discover it's beautiful exotic beaches aside the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

After Milos we head to the infamous Santorini, known for its stunning seaside cliff views and blue domed buildings. Enjoy a wine and gastronomy tour, a chartered yacht with lunch and dinner watching a Santorini sunset!

Bedding and Mobility Notice

**** A note regarding bedding situation. We aim for rooms with 2 single beds, however there are some hotels where for instance we may only have 1 queen bed. We do our best to have rooms with single beds, but this is not always possible on the smaller islands such as Milos.  Additionally, the bed situation again may be 1 queen bed or a queen and a day bed.

Sometimes there may not always be elevators at the smaller hotels as well. In Santorini the place we stay at has an elevator but there is still a significant amount of walking up steps. (In fact this is the only hotel on the island with an elevator). Significant mobility is required.  Please keep this in mind when booking the trip*******

Climate:

September is literally the perfect time to go to Greece. A bit of a "shoulder" season, September doesn't see as many crowds as the summertime. Day time temps are warm 70-80s with light breezes and lows around 60-70s. Bring some layers just in case of a chill or raincoat. The climate is fairly dry though! Bring some chapstick and lotion.

Water

Water is generally considered safe to drink in Athens, however to be on the safe side don't get a lot of ice in your drinks. Most places are tup to tourist standards. It is NOT recommended to drink water not the islands.

For shopping aficionados there is plenty of great shopping. Lots of great items and beautiful clothing from Italy. You may want to bring an extra bag to put your shopping in!

If you can pack fairly light this is the way to go! The place we stay in Milos doesn't have an elevator, so may be difficult to get upstairs. The smaller the better.

Kathryn (Katie) planned an amazing trip for us with a variety of new, and wonderful experiences: A walking food and history tour, An amazing sailboat cruise from Santorini which included a greek dinner, prepared on the boat, a gorgeous sunset, and fireworks, and A guided tour of Museums and the Parthenon. All of the accommodations were clean and centrally located. I would definitely travel with Katie again

We traveled to Greece and stayed in Athens, Milos and Santorini. All of our hotels were very accommodating and comfortable. Teavel between our 3 locations and all tours had been prearranged, always on time and very comfortable . Katie and our guides went over and above to make sure we had a great time. I felt very comfortable on this trip and enjoyed my overseas trip.

What an absolutely wonderful trip to Morocco! I cannot express how amazing this country was to experience firsthand. Never Lost Travel and Katie Fitts took exemplary care of us and we had the tour of a lifetime. We stayed in beautiful riads, rode camels, ate delicious food, shopped in the souks and stayed at a luxurious desert camp. Our local guides were informative and so conscientious! I’ve never felt sad leaving a country before, but I can tell you that last day of Morocco left me a little heartbroken. I plan to go back in the near future.

I didn't really know what to expect going into this trip. I've never been a huge fan of tours. However I was absolutely blown away. 13 people who got along seamlessly. Sitting around drinking wine, singing bad 80s songs on busses, and making amazing memories. The trip was flawless. Yasser was unlike any tour guide. His knowledge and passion for his country and history was something yo admire. He also cared about everyone one of our stories. He went above and beyond. From buying us snacks because he knew we had a long bis ride. To sitting up late answering all our questions when he was obviously exhausted and would have been much easier to just go to bed This really was just an incredible trip! Highly recommend. If this was Katie's first trip, I look forward to traveling with her group any time!
