Girls LOVE Travel is ready to welcome you to Belize for our Fall Getaway! We're returning to Belize with UPGRADED accommodations, MORE included adventures, & an entirely UPLEVELED and more intimate experience. The trip dates are:

Nov 17-22nd, 2024 (Sun-Fri)

This trip will be full of sun, beaches, island vibes and lots of adventure! It's going to be a trip to remember. ☀️ 🏖️ 🇧🇿

As much as we want for this trip to go exactly as planned, we can not plan for complications that arise especially due to inclement weather or closures due to extenuating circumstances like Covid-19.  

While we hope that attendees are vaccinated, we are not asking for proof of vaccination in order to attend the trip. However, to ensure safety of all attendees and staff, we will require a provide a negative covid test prior to the trip.  Home tests are accepted. You can email it to glttrips@gmail.com. 

Girls LOVE Travel will not be giving any refunds for those who test positive and are not able to join the trip. We highly encourage travel insurance to cover instances like this. 

We will be following all COVID protocols to ensure the safety of everyone on the trip.  Please be prepared to bring a mask to wear on transport and indoors, if it is required by the business.

Additionally, the tour is listed as a package, and no price adjustments will be given if someone wants to "opt-out" of an included activity. 

Your spot will be secured when we receive a deposit of $500.  Upon receipt, the deposit paid is nonrefundable and non-transferable. 

Below is the payment schedule: 

The remaining balance is due by 60 days before trip start date. 

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, these fees will be applied:

• Between Now-60 days from trip start date GLT retains only nonrefundable deposit ($500) 

• Between 59-31 days from trip date, GLT retains 50% of the tour price.

• Between 30 days or less, GLT retains 100% of the entire tour price.

ADD ONS - you can choose to add these up until 30 days before the trip. After that time, these are non-refundable.

In order to not miss any part of the trip- here is our recommended flight times to arrive and depart by: 

ARRIVAL

In order to make the Welcome Meet and Greet at 7:00pm, we recommend arriving to Belize City (BZE) airport no later than 4:00pm to allow for transfer, and check in. 

DEPARTURE

We are ending our trip in San Pedro. You are responsible for booking your departure back home. The two options will be: flight  back from San Pedro to Belize City (15 min flight) or via ferry (1.5 hour). We can connect you with the appropriate transport providers. 

Update as of 8/15/24: This trip is DEFINITELY a go! You can buy your flights! 

This trip is subject to a minimum attendance requirement. Therefore we recommend you contact us before you book your flight.

In the event that we do not reach the minimum number, the trip may be cancelled/rescheduled. If this occurs, you will be refunded your deposit. 

Welcome to Belize! Vacation is underway!

Once you land in Belize City (BZE), make your way to the hotel to meet the rest of the GLTers! 

Once everyone is checked in and settled, we will have a welcome meet and greet (complimentary drink ticket provided) to get to know everyone and kick off this awesome trip!

Time to live our best island lives!

For those who enjoy breakfast, the hotel will have an a la carte menu to order from, but don’t have too much because lunch will be very filling. Afterwards, we’ll gather all our stuff and head over to our private chartered ferry and start our 90 min ride to San Pedro - paradise! 

Our hotel will take our baggage upon arrival while we explore the island.

One of the most popular events on our last Belize trip was the optional food walk tour. It was such a popular event that GLT booked it as an activity for everyone this year. Get ready to try some AMAZING and delectable local cuisine.. 

After lunch, we’ll head over to the hotel, check in, and you get the rest of the evening to relax and explore at your leisure.

Grab some breakfast early because we are heading out on a catamaran - GLT style!

We'll set out to the famous Caye Caulker, where we will find turtles, shark rays, and maybe even dolphins! The beautiful coral reefs and crystal blue water will blow you away! Snorkeling gear will be provided. Explore a variety of foods as well on your own for lunch. 

After we get back to the hotel, the night is free to do as you please! It‘s been a long day, so its okay to relax too!

After breakfast, set out on a variety of optional excursions- or just hang at the hotel! There are plenty of options to choose from!

- Chocolate Making Class

Meals Included: Breakfast 

After breakfast, we’ll travel by jet boats to Secret Beach, where you'll get to soak in the sun, snorkel, swim, hang out and just relax. There will be private bars that you can enjoy and float around with.

Later that evening we'll get all dolled up for our farewell dinner. We can't believe this is our last day!

As with all good things, this too must come to an end. 

But don't worry, we'll have our memories and new friendships to remember this experience by! 

Our adventure will finish in San Pedro. You have the option to fly back from San Pedro to Belize City (15 min flight) or via ferry (1.5 hour). If you’re catching the ferry, don’t forgot to give yourself enough time for the taxi ride to the airport. You are responsible for booking your departure back home, but we can connect you with the appropriate transport providers.
