"The Jewel of the Heart" 

Join Khristine Jones & Susannah Freedman on an adventure and journey to Mother India March 1-8, 2020 . We will spend 8 days and 7 nights in beautiful Goa - well known for its mesmerizing beaches, local markets and surf. This retreat will focus on diving deeper into Yoga Philosophy, Mantra, Asana, and building community. We will investigate these profound practices to suffer less and gain more awareness so that we can take these tools off the mat and work on making a difference in the world. We will have time to explore beaches, spices plantations, markets and do some Seva (selfless-service) work with a local charity. 

Devarya wellness center is located near the beach in Morjim, Goa and restaurant is right on the water.
