• All of your payments to Centsible Travel & Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Name change requests received after the final deposit deadline will incur a $50 name change fee (no exceptions).
• Name change requests WILL NOT be accepted 90 days prior to departure
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• All roommates must make their initial deposits within 48 hours of us receiving the 1st roommate’s deposit. If all deposits are not received, your accommodations will be confirmed based upon the number of deposits received. (Ex. If quad occupancy is selected and deposits have only been received from 2 listed roommates, your accommodations will be confirmed as double occupancy.)
• It is your responsibility, not the responsibility of Centsible Travel & Vacations to ensure your roommate's payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate or forfeit payments.
• Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
• Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• You are responsible to keep Centsible Travel & Vacations informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
• It is recommended that guests pay initial deposit ASAP to guarantee rooms
• Payment plans are allowed as a convenience. Failure to make payments as agreed will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid
• Please adhere to the Monthly Payment Schedule.
• Monthly payments must be made to secure your reservation.
• It’s important that you stay within the monthly payment deadlines. Centsible Travel & Vacations does no send out monthly notifications before due dates. You are responsible for making monthly payment on time.
• All guest(s) on the reservation must be up-to-date with payments.
• Payments received after due dates will incur a $25 late fee per person.
• Any late fees applied to your reservation do not go towards or decrease your reservation balance.
• Please notify Centsible Travel & Vacations of a missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 10 days of a missed payment Centsible Travel & Vacations will assume you have cancelled your reservation.
• If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.
• The Hotel/Resort will require you to present a valid photo ID or passport, credit or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any mandatory fee as well as any additional hotel incidental charges which are not included in the room rate.
• When initiating a booking within 60 days of departure, the total cost must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment plans ARE NOT available for new bookings within 60 days of departure.
• Reservations for the occupancy selected are confirmed once initial deposits are received from ALL listed roommates
• Refunds are not provided due to your roommate not making payments or deciding not to attend.
• Travel Insurance is not included but we strongly recommend you protect your investment. Each guest is responsible for purchasing their own Travel Insurance.
• Centsible Travel & Vacations reserves the right to use all client images or likeness in connection with still photography or recorded video. Attendance at any Centsible Travel & Vacations event gives consent to be photographed for use in print or electronic publicity on social media sites.
