- Sunrise YogaA morning yoga flow steeped deep in vedic history. Shakti yoga (divine feminine) is a potent medicine! Classes will incorporate divine feminine mudras, breathwork, mantras, meditaitons & yoga poses
- Opening CeremonyA tea medicine ceremony to balance your mind body temperament. We will set intentions to call in our deepest desires. Other ritual, breathwork & guided meditations will be included.
- 60 Min Massage60 minute massage in a beautiful jungle spa performed by a local healer
- Divine Feminine DanceConnect to your divine feminine energy & highest self through sensual free flowing movement & heavy bass beats. Dance will help you EMBODY Goddess energy & tap into your fiercest self.
- Full Moon CeremonyAn evening of deep restorative yin yoga, moon journal prompts and guided meditation to honor the moon phase. More details will be shared as time comes!
- Organic MealsYou will be served the most delicious vegetarian food you have ever eaten in your life!
- Goddess Diner PartyWe will have an evening of beauty & divine feminine connection. Bring an all white outfit for this! I am a make up artist & we have a stylist to assist with goddess braids.
- Jungle Flower WorkshopA floral goddess devotional workshop. We will bless & thank the energetic power of the flowers and the language they speak... We will make a beautiful flower crown & a forged costa rican bouquet.
- Mirador Jungle HikeSean leads a beautiful walk along the local lookout point made from modern ruins and claimed by local artists. Beautiful views and a leisurely stroll make this an enjoyable group activity!
- Closing CeremonySet the tone for your life going home after this transformational experience. Together we will create a powerful plan to continue your healing & progress going forward in the real world
- Sun Rise MeditationA bhuddist meditation to help you cultivate compassion & loving kindness towards all living beings. Chanting “Om Mani Padme Hum” can be deeply transformative.

It sounds exaggerated to say that this trip was life-changing, but that's exactly what this experience was! A great mix of downtime, yoga, wellness, excursions, and the food was absolutely amazing! The instructors and staff worked incredibly hard to make this a fulfilling experience for all. I particularly want to shout-out the staff for paying particular attention to my food allergies to where I never felt left out or worried about any meals. I would love to do something like this again.

Had the most wonderful experience in Costa Rica! The retreat was very well organized and was a good mix of yoga, excursions and downtime. I learned so much about the practice of yoga and more about myself as well. Would love to do it again!

This was such a wonderful retreat! The offerings of spiritual well-being and self-care led by Denise, Darlynn and Markandeya was incredibly rejuvenating and healing. It was the perfect environment for new friendships to blossom and with a rich variety of yoga styles, breathwork, workshops and meditation not to mention the extraordinary food, made this an experience to remember for a very long time.

KELSEY MASSEY IS A RACIST - for someone that supposedly deals with energy and healing, she is UNWELL, AGGRESSIVE, completely demeaning to service workers and has absolutely no empathy for others. She became physically abusive out of nowhere, do not trust her as she is completely unpredictable and inappropriate.

A life changing, transformative experience that taught me to love unconditionally, to go deep within, heal my past traumas and connect with like minded people. I learned so much about myself and built a new sisterhood and family. Thank you Denise for pouring your love, energy and being intentional!
