The Golden Energy Reset at Aruna Resort & Villas with Debbie Siebers & Leslie Phima is a deeply restorative and empowering retreat designed for women who are ready to reclaim their energy, strengthen their bodies, and realign with their purpose.

For your arrivals, please book your flight to arrive at BZE no later than 2 PM. Local flights are about 20 minutes and will be arranged for you followed by a 5-minute boat ride to the property. For your departures, we will arrange for guests to be at BZE by 12:30-1:00 pm. Please book your flight home anytime in the afternoon accordingly. All local transfer costs are included in the retreat price. We will make the local flight arrangements via Tropic Air for each guest 45 days prior to the retreat.
