After registering, guests will reserve their Ocean View beachfront room directly with La Concha Resort using the link provided. Hotel payment is made separately to the resort.

The hotel typically places a one-night hold a few days before arrival. No payment is taken at the time of booking.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

Retreat planning includes upfront costs for housing, transportation, chef services, and vendors.

If you are unable to attend, you will forfeit your payments.

Arrival at La Concha Resort – San Juan

La Concha Resort is located approximately 15 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU).

Uber and taxis are easily available right outside baggage claim and typically cost between $18–$25.

Because of the close distance to the resort, transportation is not required. Guests are encouraged to arrive at their own pace, check in, settle into their rooms, and meet the group at our Welcome Dinner at 7:00 PM.

If guests arrive around the same time and wish to share a ride, you are welcome to coordinate in the group chat.
