The itinerary begins in Johannesburg, where guests check in at Four Seasons – The Westcliff and play rounds at established clubs such as Royal Johannesburg and The River Club. The tour continues to the Highlands, featuring the scenic Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate, with its elevated landscapes and opportunities to enjoy chef-prepared dinners in a relaxed setting.
From there, the group travels to the bush for stays in private homes within the Mjejane Private Game Reserve, followed by accommodation at Lion Sands Tinga Lodge. These locations provide access to guided game drives in well-known wildlife areas, along with rounds at courses including Leopard Creek and Kambaku Golf Club, where natural surroundings form part of the overall experience.
A dedicated host accompanies the group to assist with logistics and coordination throughout the tour. Booking TermsReservation & Confirmation:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the final payment.
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing via email within 48 hours of receipt of the deposit.
Full names of all travelers, as per their passports, must be provided at the time of booking.
Additional Deposit:
An additional non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required 6 months (180 days) prior to the tour start date.
Failure to make this additional deposit by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance (40% of the total booking cost) is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date.
For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Amendments:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If you cancel 181 days or more before departure, you forfeit the initial deposit only.
Cancellations made between 180 and 61 days before departure will result in the forfeiture of both deposits (60% of the total booking cost).
Cancellations made 60 days or less before departure will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking cost.
Amendments to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes made less than 30 days before departure are subject to the full cancellation policy.
Risk InformationTravel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Your insurance should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and emergency evacuation. Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
Health & Safety:
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the trip. Please consult with your physician before booking.
Our itineraries may involve activities such as hiking, boating, or other physical exertion. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
Force Majeure:
The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries.
Liability:
The company acts only as an agent in organizing travel arrangements and does not own or operate any of the accommodations, transportation, or other services provided. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by third-party suppliers.
