Day 2 –

Galena has a storied past as the largest steamboat port in America! Now, the town is a quaint rivertown boasting spectacular shops and amazing food! Start your day with a trolly tour to get your bearings, then shop and enjoy this stunningly quaint town! Then you’ll visit Galena Cellars Vineyard for a wine tasting along with some tasty cheese and on-site shopping. Perhaps visit Chocolat’ 229 for their sweet indulgences or the Galena Canning Co, known for their locally made old-fashioned jams, jellies, salsa’s and more! Tonight, its back to the beautiful historic De Soto hotel! (B,D)

Day 3 –
>Amana Colonies

Talk about views, this small city has quite the charm!  Finish up any last minute shopping this morning or just enjoy a stroll in this quaint town. Then, visit the Amana Colonies where you can visit the many shops including the bakery, meat shop, chocolate shop, winery and so much more! Before you know it, you’ll be home ready to plan another trip! (B)
