Join Kelly Smith, the founder of Yoga For You and the host of the Mindful in Minutes meditation podcast for a weekend of meditation immersion. During the course of this 25-hour training you will learn the foundations of meditation, the history and background of the practice, learn how to teach the most common styles of meditation, and learn how to find your voice as a teacher and write great guided meditations. This course also gives extensive training on the anatomy and physiology of meditation.
After the weekend is finished you will have the tools to start sharing meditation with anyone. This training is worth 25 continued hours with Yoga Alliance, but you don't have to be a yoga teacher attend. This training is for anyone who wants to learn how to teach meditation or just build on their personal practice.
The approx daily hours will be
Friday 6pm-8:30pm
Saturday 12pm-8:30pm
Sunday 8:30am-5pm
Saturday there will be a dinner break
Sunday there will be a lunch and dinner break
