About this trip

This is one of my favortie times of year to host a retreat. The nourishing rains, the fresh earth, and darker nights are an opportunity to turn in and re-connect to peace and joy through community and Yoga.

While Ratna Ling is just the place to do it.

The land is so beautiful - the redwoods and skies lit by stars, the food - so nourishing and delcious, while the accomdations are absolutely luxurious; 2 bedroom cottages hosting queen beds, with living room, fireplace, and small kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea.

Offering Vinyasa Yoga, Music, Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting and Ritual, I  design the weekend to light you up from the inside out. As a teacher, I love holding space that fosters deep connection with the physical and spirtitual self while acknowledging each other as the container for fun and transformation.

In addition to the asana, I’ll be offering my Pranic Breathing workshop. This is a special type of breath work that cleanses the energetic body. It has the power to illuminate and remove stress that is often unconsiously held in the body; offering clarity, insight, and inspiration and a deep state of rest. The effects are a sense of lightness and ease while many have shared effects of personal transformation.

With plenty of time for yourself, to hike, read, nap, sit by the fire, journalthe weekend is sure to hold and ground you in all the ways you need.

Sitting amongst the majestic redwoods of Sonoma county, Ratna ling is a Northern Californian retreat center 90 miles north of San Francisco. Grounded in the Tibetan Buddhist wisdom traditions Ratna Ling supports the healing and wellness of body and mind.

My inclusive approach to yoga and life enables me to relate with and to hold space for students wherever they are in their practice and their lives. At the same time, my belief in the power of the practice and the potential of each practitioner challenges students to see where they are ready to evolve so that they too can access this transformational tradition as a tool to invoke radical consciousness, wild sovereignty, unwavering self-expression and untamable love. My passions for art, music, and travel lace my teachings with the freedom to create one’s own experience on the mat to embolden students to pioneer their own paths in life. As a Bay Area native, I ultimately promote yoga as a medium to build a thriving community that respects the truths of all.
