Back by popular demand, our ALUMNI ACTIVATIONS are a way to stay in your daily practice by learning new toolkits and mixing up the mirrored resonance with a dip back into community coherence. This style of practice is celebratory and packed with BQ EXPERIENCE where we focus on unlocking your next level of intuition, visceral release, discernment, and self-reliance. 

Module 1-3 gives us a lot of core philosophy to heighten our thinking and our outward relationships. This is an adventure to deepen your INNER relationship. ALUMNI WEEKENDS focus entirely on the body and how to PUT THE PHILOSOPHY INTO PRACTICE through shared synchronicity and communal experience. This lets us use our time together for rapid-fire healing work. 

Alumni Weekends will NOT include a lot of lecture, (although some coursework will be unlocked before you arrive via on-demand video). Instead, our precious time together will be spent on the following BQ experiences: 

• Patterns + PEALS. Group pattern-tracking and healing ceremonies to PEAL off layers of old MESS for higher-frequency living. 

• Caminos. Walking Partnered Pilgrimage with new prompts and new partners to open a wider ear to synchronicity and mirroring. 

• Advanced Fractal Films. We will experience more layered sound technology and faster ways to induce an all-natural altered state. 

• Advanced Meditation + Breathwork Styles. We will clinic additional styles and aptitudes in breathwork for greater retention, activation, and INTUITION. 

• High Alpine Cold Plunges (optional). Even if you do not want to plunge in the winter, come learn an early morning STANDING breathwork practice for invigorating your energy, intuition, and immune system. 

• All-Natural Altered State Art-Making (as meditation/divination tools). This is a “slumber party” style of making customized meditation tools that peak into the next year of your future. We use both the abstract and the geometric to cause pareidolia that bridges time. These self-made art pieces are highly unique and highly useful. No previous art skills are required. (Come with levity and joy and zero judgment!)

Friday 1/22: 4pm – 8-pm

Saturday 1/23: 8am – 8pm (optional 7am State Park cold plunge)

Sunday 1/24: 8am – 1pm 

Come a Day Early, Thursday 1/21 for a full-day Sacred Antelope Island EXCURSION (optional) to reconnect to the Salt Chakra of Utah before your body settles in for an epic weekend of self-healing and “Self-Alignment Art-Making”. 

Note: if your flight arrives before 10am on 1/21, we can pick you up from the airport and take directly to the island with us. Otherwise, flights must arrive the day before. Please be dressed in layers and comfortable hiking attire ready to go for a full day outdoors. Ceremonial Lake Swimming is optional. Have swimsuit and towel in your daypack. Food is provided, but your own snacks are welcome.

Mickaela Grace - Founder of Graceline Institute

Teacher, Healer, Artivist

Mickaela is the founder of the Graceline Institute, an emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual sciences school devoted to human transformation and environmental artivism (art activism). With 25+ years of experience in natural medicine, meditation, and consciousness coaching, she has trained in 34 traditions spanning 5 continents, offering artistic encounters with unified field theory, thought leadership, neuroscience, epigenetics, and original EQ curriculum. Walking hundreds of miles of traditional Camino (pilgrimage) while using breathwork to achieve a (substance-free) altered state, Mickaela films fractal geometry at sacred sites around the globe to create nature-based fractal films and sound files that induce brain/heart coherence at her live events. Her private work combines a unique style of intuitive pattern-tracking, shamanic ceremony, sound healing, kinesiology, esoteric acupuncture, Taoist and Tantric philosophy, quantum physics applications, and more. She gnostically believes we are meant to bow to no outward master, healer, leader, parent, pill, nor politician, but should find mastery over self, making each individual a healthier cell in the wider organism of humanity—all in deep devotion to earth stewardship and social justice.
