Create unforgettable images of the Grand Tetons on this journey around the National Park. During your 6 day adventure, explore the beautiful Wyoming landscape, experience the grandeur of the Teton mountain range, spend a day fly fishing the Snake River, and capture the stars over iconic landmarks.
While on your trip stop at locations where wildlife are often seen. This is your change to photograph the majestic bison or observe moose foraging. Also in this area are packs of wild wolves and the mighty grizzly bear. Additionally, the Wyoming high desert is home to many small animals and a wide variety of birds.
Please note, all animals on this trip are wild and should not be approached. You will want a zoom lens, preferably 400mm or greater, to capture photographs of animals.
Your day of adventure begins with casting lessons by local guides from Teton Anglers. Learn the art of fly fishing before stepping aboard your raft with a guide to float along the Snake River. Each raft hold two guests and one guide providing focused coaching through your day. Enjoy the provided lunch on the banks of the river before completing your journey down the river.
Please note: your day of adventure is integrated into the tour. As such, there is no option to waive.

A break even trip is a tour that is in the final stage of development, offered without a company profit margin to a private group. As such, you are signing up for a greatly reduced trip with the acknowledgement that some details are not worked out and you will be asked for feedback over the course of the event. Attempts will be made to accommodate requests but, some features may not be yet available. Single occupancy room requests can not be guaranteed on this trip.
Please note: deposits on break-even trips will be used to secure reservations. If you are unable to attend the trip, your slot can be transferred to another guest however, I cannot guarantee refunds.

Learn to fly fish with local guides before heading out on the Snake River for a day of fishing. Lunch included.

Interchangeable lens cameras highly recommended. Minimum 400mm lens for wildlife viewing, 600mm or teleconverter recommended.
Day 1 you will arrive in Wyoming to the Jackson airport where you will be picked up and driven to your home for the week. Time will be made for grocery and provision shopping.
Your next two days will be filled with photography excursions. Selected locations include wildlife viewing areas, iconic landmarks, sunrise and sunset opportunities, and astrophotography compositions.
Spend your morning learning how to cast a fly rod before boarding a boat with your local fishing guide to float down the Snake River. Pause on the banks for a lunch under the majestic Teton mountain peaks.
Spend another day exploring locations in and around Grand Teton National Park. The day ends with a group dinner at a Jackson brewery where you'll enjoy the company of the group.
Early risers will have a last opportunity to capture the rising sun on the Tetons before you gather up your gear and board the transit van with your new memories from Wyoming and transported back to Jackson airport for your return flight.
