This expedition is a combined practice and qualifying expedition over six days on the Great Glen, it involves lots of training and a classic canoe journey from Fort William to Inverness on lochs and canals.

• Pick up from Fort William bus station, or train station on day one.

• Drop off at Inverness bus stop or train station on the final day.

• The expedition area will be the Great Glen, which stretches for 118.5km across the Highlands, linking the main centres of Fort William and Inverness.

• Canoe equipment provided (canoe, paddle, barrel, dry-bag rucksack, buoyancy aid etc)

• Expedition supervision and assessment

• Support to plan the expedition route
