Day 1 (May 26th) - You are about to embark on a stunning adventure to the cradle of Western Civilization, Greece! Be wined and dined with spectacular backgrounds in a country full of a vibrant, diverse culture. Fly from the States to Athens where your journey begins!

Day 2 (May 27th) - Your overnight flight takes you to Athens, a diverse city dotted with 5th-century BC landmarks, and is home to some of the best food in the world! A private motorcoach will take you to the hotel. Meet the group for cocktails at your hotel bar. Dinner tonight is in a modern-day Agora with a constellation of green grocers, a butcher, fishmongers and bakery, a delicatessen and roastery, along with a bar and restaurant which celebrate the best of Greek cuisine culture. Food selection and menu by a Greek! After dinner you can go to a very special distillery/bar established in 1909 for a liquor tasting and try their very own ouzo. (D)

Day 3 (May 28th) - Today, get your bearings in Athens as you spend time sightseeing. Your private tour will include the Acropolis, the Parthenon and so much more! No matter how many photographs you have seen, nothing can prepare you for seeing in person, the Acropolis standing after thousands of years. Together with your specialized guide you will explore the site and afterwards you will head towards the long-waited Acropolis Museum. Dinner tonight is another unforgettable experience as you fine dine amazing greek cuisine on the terrace of an Athenian restaurant facing the illuminated Parthenon. It's a moment in Greece you'll remember forever! (B, D)

Day 4 (May 29th) - Today you have two options, you can explore Athens on your own or relax by the pool. Your other option is to experience Delphi! The sanctuary of Delphi, blending superb landscape and charged with sacred meaning, was the religious center of the ancient Greek world dating back to the 6th century. After your guided tour of the site, it's time for a private cooking class presented by a local woman from Delphi, where you'll make phyllo pastry & traditional Hortopita! Lunch is set in the gorgeous mountain cosmopolitan town of Arachova! Enjoy local favorites including feta, olives, olive oil etc. along with specialties and wines from the region. After a breathtaking lunch, enjoy free time in Arachova before heading back to Athens for the night! (B, L)

Day 5 (May 30th) - This morning you'll catch a quick flight to the island of Crete! The largest and most populous of the Greek Islands has a landscape of dramatic mountains and has been inhabited by humans for over 130,000 years. Allow a local guide to walk you through the rich history of Chania, from the Byzantine and Arab era, the Venetian era, all the way through to the Ottoman and modern times... Your private Chania tour will uncover layers upon layers of history, in one of Crete's most charming settings. Tonight, dinner is at a local winery outside the city! Sit among the beautiful olive trees and orange groves and have a wonderful meal with wine pairings. After dinner, head back to your spectacular hotel for a cocktail and a good night's rest! (B, D)

Day 6 (May 31st) - Chania is a magnificent destination full of amazing beaches, stunning ancient history, amazing cuisine, and modern hot spots! Today is yours to explore on your own!

Visit Balos beach (the picture below). The lagoon of Balos has white sand and exotic white, vivid blue and turquoise waters. You’ll board a vessel visiting first the port of Gramvousa, an island with a castle which played an important role in the history of the region. You’ll then depart for the lagoon of Balos, one of the most stunning beaches in the world where you’ll have several hours to enjoy the sun & sand in Crete! (B)

Day 7 (June 1st) - Today, take a short drive to Heraklion! Heraklion, also known as Iraklio, is a port city and the capital of the Greek island of Crete. It’s known for the Palace of Knossos, just outside the city. The huge archaeological site dates back thousands of years to the Minoan civilization. On the way, stop in the village of Listrada. You will learn how to make cheese, cook a local lunch, and enjoy raki and wine while listening to traditional music from live musicians. Finish the evening at your stunning hotel, amongst amazing restaurants and nightlife! (B, L)

Day 8 (June 2nd) - Heraklion is a stunning ancient city. Enjoy a morning coffee and breakfast and perhaps a stroll along the waterfront! Today, venture outside the city to an exquisite olive oil mill. You’ll discuss virgin olive oil production, methods of extraction, and taste it fresh! You’ll then enjoy a full Greek lunch setting in the courtyard of the olive oil mill.

Tonight, you can enjoy an evening on your own or visit the Knossos palace. The palace of the Minoans, is the oldest recorded civilization in Europe. It is also connected with thrilling legends,

such as the myth of the Labyrinth, with the Minotaur, and the story of Daidalos and Ikaros.

Day 9 (June 3rd) - This morning, you are off to the enchanting island of Santorini! Famous for its whitewashed buildings, stunning blue water, and breathtaking sunsets, it's sure to be unforgettable. Travel by ferry to the island where you'll check into your hotel. This evening, join your private wine expert who will transfer you to a winery in a breathtaking location offering incredible views of the caldera and the volcanic islands! Enjoy a private wine tasting against this stunning backdrop! (B)

Day 10 (June 4th)- Today, you have the option to enjoy Santorini on your own, chill by the pool or experience an amazing cooking class! Be welcomed with appetizers and local wine, then the chef will guide you to the kitchen! Be guided through the preparation of traditional Greek classics and once you've completed cooking them, you'll finish your time enjoying your creations on their beautiful terrace! This afternoon, board a private catamaran for one of the most unforgettable experiences of your life! You’ll set sail visiting red beach for snorkeling, then white beach for swimming and a private dinner aboard the catamaran, and finish with music, cocktails and a spectacular sunset over Santorini! Day 11 (June 5th) - Enjoy one last day in paradise. Perhaps enjoy your spectacular hotel, or, explore Thira or Oia, with their blue domed buildings, endless shops, and restaurants with stunning views. You also have the option to visit the Akrotiri archeological site. The prehistoric settlement of Akrotiri is one of the most important sites in the Aegean. The town was covered in ash following a volcanic eruption on the island, the preservation of the settlement is exceptional. Tonight, grab a few friends and make a reservation for any of the spectacular restaurants within walking distance of your hotel. (B)

Day 12 (June 6th) - Today, we depart this morning from Santorini to the USA. The time will be spent enjoying all of the amazing one of a kind memories you created while on this Excite Experience! (B)
