Plaka is a charming historic neighborhood in Athens, nestled at the foot of the Acropolis, known for its neoclassical architecture, winding cobblestone streets, and vibrant atmosphere. Filled with quaint cafes, traditional tavernas, and local shops, it offers a picturesque glimpse into both ancient and modern Greek life.


This evening, you will enjoy an incredible meal with the finest local ingredients overlooking the Acropolis illuminated against the night sky.

Ancient Acropolis and Athens Food Tour

This morning after enjoying breakfast at your hotel we will depart for the ancient site of the Acropolis.  


No visit to Athens is complete without exploring the Acropolis, an ancient citadel that is home to the iconic Parthenon. Athens to Naxos, Journey to the Greek Islands

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out of your accommodations. This morning, we will leave the hustle and bustle of Athens and trade it for the tranquil island of Naxos via high speed ferry. This journey is approximately 4 hours, and 20 minutes. 


From the crystal-clear waters and golden beaches to the rugged landscapes and picturesque villages, the Greek Islands offer unparalleled natural beauty that serves as a breathtaking backdrop for any event. Each Greek island offers its own distinct flavors, traditions, and landscapes. From Santorini’s famed tomatokeftedes (tomato fritters), to the lush greenery of Corfu or the sun-drenched beaches of the Cyclades, every destination tells a different story—yet all are united by breathtaking beauty and rich heritage.


Known for its fertile valleys, picturesque villages, and vibrant local culture, Naxos is both a cultural hub and a haven for nature lovers. Its capital, Chora (Naxos Town), features charming narrow streets, historical sites like the Portara, and a vibrant waterfront lined with cafes and restaurants.


Naxos is famous for its agricultural products, including olives, citrus fruits, and the renowned Naxian cheese.

After a light breakfast at your hotel, you will embark on a tour featuring the best of Naxos! 


Enjoy an inspirational morning delving into the authentic world of viticulture which continues the centuries-old tradition that gave birth to Dionysos, the ancient Greek god of wine and revelry! An intimate private wine tour perfect for wine lovers that combines fine wine tasting with the art of drinking and local culture. Learn about the rich heritage of Naxian wine starting from its ancient origins and cultivation of the vine, with roots dating back to the pre- historic era. 


Venture into the heart of the Naxian countryside through enchanting countryside, vine terraces and olive trees, before you reach the sanctuary of Dionysus, ancient god of wine. Your expert certified guide will discuss the origins of early vine cultivation, wine drinking and the famous banquets of antiquity as well as myths surrounding the festive occasions. 


Discover how philosophy, art, poetry, music and political life evolved around wine adding thus a richer dimension to your anticipated wine tasting experience. Continue your iconic drive to reach the first contemporary local Naxian local winery that produces one of the best wines of the island. Strolling through the vineyards of the small family estate, the wine producer will introduce you to local viticulture and the history of wine making in Naxos and the Aegean islands. Sample a selection of fine Naxian wines from the family cellar paired with delicious Naxian treats in a peaceful vineyard away from busy popular sites and staged tourist space. 


More of the magnificent history of Naxos awaits you in the enchanting mountain village of Apeiranthos village, known for its marble streets and medieval architecture. Sample local cheeses with a glass of wine and savor Naxian tastes full of local flavor.


After lunch, we visit the quaint village of Chalki- old capital of the island – for a sip of local “kitron” digestive liquor at the old distillery where it is still produced today following the 120 year old traditional process. End the day with a taste of homemade Naxian dessert, for sweet memories of a truly authentic journey.


Once your tour has concluded, we will return to our hotel for an evening and dinner at leisure.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting off on a journey to discovery the recipes of ancient Greece and explore a local vegetable farm. 


Experience the heart of Naxian cuisine with a hands-on cooking class that immerses you in the island’s rich culinary heritage. Travel to a charming seaside village, where a local family welcomes you into their home to prepare a traditional meal together. As your dishes bake, take a guided stroll through their vegetable farm, discovering time-honored farming techniques and the fresh ingredients that define Naxian flavours. Savor a meal crafted with homegrown produce, local olive oil, cheese, and wine—connecting with the land, the food, and the people in an unforgettable gastronomic experience. 


After enjoying lunch, you will return to Naxos for an afternoon and evening at leisure. We recommend taking time to explore Old Naxos or to relax by the hotel’s beautiful pool!

Naxos to Santorini

After breakfast at your hotel and check out, you will depart Naxos and head to the sun-drenched white stucco facades of Santorini via high speed ferry. This journey is approximately 1 hour, and 30 minutes.  


Santorini is one of the most famous Greek islands, known for its stunning sunsets, volcanic history, and iconic, white-washed buildings with blue domes, perched on cliffs. The island was shaped by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century B.C., creating its unique caldera. 

Renowned for its breathtaking sunsets, especially from Oia, the island produces unique wine varieties thanks to its volcanic soil. It is also home to the ancient city of Akrotiri, a well-preserved Minoan Bronze Age settlement buried by volcanic ash.


Upon arrival, you will transfer to your hotel located along the picturesque coastline. After checking in you can spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying the incredible infinity pool with sweeping panoramic views of the Aegean Sea! This evening, enjoy dinner at leisure.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will spend the day wine tasting and learning about the rich wine culture of Greece.

Visit three exceptional wineries, each offering rare and distinctive wines with complex aromas and rich character. Explore sun-kissed vineyards, learn about centuries-old winemaking traditions, and indulge in guided tastings of unique local varieties.

Your expert sommelier will guide you through the tasting process while you refine your palate and find the perfect Greek wine to complement the local Cycladic cheese pairing.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting sail on a private catamaran charter. Spend the day at sea soaking up the sun, exploring the coastline, and cooling off with a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean! 


Set sail along Santorini’s stunning coastline onboard a luxury catamaran. Swim and snorkel in crystal-clear waters as we stop at the Hot Springs, Red Beach, White Beach, Mesa Pigadia Caves, and the picturesque Saint Nicolas Church beneath Oia. Enjoy a scenic cruise past Aspronisi, the Lighthouse, Black Mountain, and the striking Indian Face Rock, taking in breathtaking views along the way. A delicious barbecue picnic with refreshing drinks will be served onboard, completing this unforgettable Aegean experience.


After an incredible day on the water, you will return for an afternoon at leisure before joining together for a farewell dinner at a beautiful seaside restaurant. Cheers to a fabulous and delicious adventure!

Santorini to Athens

After breakfast and checking out of your accommodations, you will meet your private transfer and make your way to the ferry port in the center of Santorini. From here, you will board the high speed ferry with service to Athens. Enjoy the beautiful sea views one last time as you make your way back to the bustling city of Athens. 


Spend your afternoon and evening at leisure. Get in any last minute shopping or revisit your favorite neighborhood or shop from the beginning of the trip.
