Departs July 3, 2026 -From IAD (Washington Dulles) direct to Rome, Italy United Flight -Washington IAD to Rome FCOJuly 3rd Friday, Departs 5:35 pm to 8:15 am. ( Nonstop) 

-We arrive July 4th at 8:15 am in Rome, then bus will pick us up and we start Rome day tourBasic EconomyDuration: 8h 40m

Return Flight: July 12, 2026 -Rome Direct into IAD Washington Dulles. Time: Departs July 12th @ 3:20 pm ; Arrives back into IAD @ 7:40 PM on July 12th.(Cruise ends July 12th at 6 am in Rome)

COST: 1 Adult in Basic Economy: $1,672.23

or Economy to include luggage and designated seat: $1,873

Italy Tour Day: July 4, 2026 -ALL Day 

Itinerary: 

-Bus will pick us up from the airport 

-Take us to hotel /check in 

-Day tour of Vatican 

-Day tour of Roman Colosseum 

-Day tour of City of Rome and Trevi Fountain

-Lunch in Rome

-Return to Hotel  

Italy /Greece Cruise : July 5, 2026 -Royal Caribbean Cruise Departs at 4 pm  

-Bus will take us to the Cruise Ship for Group Check in on July 5th  

Costs:

1) Flight - Please book directly on United.Com; They do offer up to two week fare holds to lock in your price. You can book economy or  business class.

2) Rome Day Tour, Bus Transportation, One night hotel -Cost will be about $250- $300 per person which we can collect later. Hotel is $250 per night per room so you split it or do a single room. Bus, Day tour, tour guide and entry fees will comprise the remaining fees.  Hotel we will be staying at is Cardo Roma, Autograph Collection of Bonvoy Marriott. I will book this for everyone and collect the $250 or so later.  

3) Obviously -Everyone should have their Royal Caribbean Cruise booked already on Royalcaribbean.com   -About $1,350 per person and includes all meals. 

Remaining Steps:  Please go ahead and book your flights and continue to pay off your cruise. In March/April.... I will send out the hotel and Rome Day Tour confirmations and all final group confirmations. In May /June, we can have a group zoom call. Since we are a group, Royal Caribbean has allowed us some group options, etc, that we can discuss in our zoom. 

About the Travel Club

The travel club is back at it again—fresh off 43 travelers exploring Dubai, Singapore, the Maldives, and Thailand in June 2025. I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience!
