This mission trip with Samaritan’s Feet International and Father’s Heart in Athens will provide an opportunity to serve refugees, immigrants, and local families through compassion, prayer, and the love of Christ. Throughout the week, our team will participate in daily devotionals, worship, and fellowship while serving alongside the Father’s Heart ministry team.
A major focus of the trip will be foot washing, prayer, and shoe distributions at the community center, where we will personally connect with middle eastern refugees and families in need. Team members will help prepare for distributions, pray with guests, serve meals, and build relationships with those attending the outreach programs. The team will also have opportunities to share meals with refugees and assist with evening programs centered around prayer, worship, and encouragement.
In addition to ministry opportunities, the trip will include cultural experiences throughout Athens, including guided tours of the Acropolis, Parthenon, and the historic Plaka district. These experiences will allow the team to learn more about the history and culture of Greece while building community together as a team.
This trip is designed to combine hands-on service, spiritual growth, cultural immersion, and meaningful relationships as we serve others and share the hope of the Gospel.

Father’s Heart is a Christ-centered humanitarian ministry based in Athens dedicated to serving refugees, immigrants, and families in need through both practical support and the Gospel. Founded in 2012 by Farzad and Parisa Daniel, the ministry was created out of a desire to share God’s love by caring for people facing hardship, particularly refugees from countries such as Iran, Afghanistan, and Kurdistan.
The ministry provides humanitarian aid through food distribution, medical assistance, clothing, shelter support, education programs, language classes, children’s activities, and community outreach. Their vision is to meet people in their immediate needs while also offering hope, dignity, and spiritual encouragement through the love of Christ.
Father’s Heart believes in serving people holistically — caring for both physical and spiritual needs. Through Bible studies, worship gatherings, discipleship programs, and acts of compassion, they strive to help individuals experience God as a loving Father who cares personally for them. Their mission is rooted in sharing the Gospel through action, creating meaningful relationships, and bringing hope to vulnerable communities both in Greece and around the world.
Samaritan's Feet International is a 501c3 humanitarian aid organization. Our mission is to serve and inspire hope in children by providing new, proper fitting shoes as the foundation to a spiritual and healthy life resulting in the advancement of global education and economic opportunities.
